Personal Rotation - Saturday 12-3

Well I went to bed at 9 and woke up at 1 a.m.!!!! I could not go back to sleep. I have to work today, so I just got up and started at 2:30. I'll work 'til 12 noon.

Today is HSTA for the first time. I just got it. I've been wanting this one for a while.

I may have to take a nap before HSTA!!!
 
Hi, good morning Jane and everyone who post later.Jane HSTA is a great workout. Yesterday I did Tone it Up of the Slim Series, TJ cardio party nº 2, TJ turbo sculpt and 1 hour of stationary bike. Today I will do Cool it Off of the Slim Series and cardio (powerstrike nº 1 and hi/low heaven of Christi Taylor). Have a great day everyone.

Jeeeesh Jane, that really IS too early! :eek: I sure hope you can fit in a nap today!!!

I went to bed around 11:30 (late for me) and was up before 5. That's about normal but sometimes I'd like to sleep later on the weekends.

Anyway, today or tomorrow is a rest day for me. Haven't decided which yet, but if I see the opportunity to workout today, I'll grab it. Just looks like a busy day ahead!
I think I'll try to ride the stationary bike.
Anyway, I'll be back later to report on what I did.
Right now I'm gonna shower and head to Sam's club to buy my Christmas baking stuff !

Today is my rest day. AAAHHHHH. :)

Going to a holiday party at my sister's today. FUN! :+

Tomorrow I will probably do some cardio and then on monday I start a rotation though I am on the fence about which one to do and also considering making up my own....Things that make ya go HMMMMMM!;)

I just finished HSTA for the first time. I really liked it. A few new exercises... keeps those muscles guessing!

Even though I have been up since 1 a.m., worked 9 hours, and did HSTA, I haven't crashed and burned yet. Waiting for it though!! Going to hit the shower, going out to eat later, then hopefully home to get some sleep!!! I have to work tomorrow so I'd better sleep tonight or I may wind up on a funny farm somewhere! (not that I already need to be there now:+ )

Today was Cardio Coach Vol. 3 for me and a 15 minute Cardio Blast interval workout that I found in this month's Shape Magazine plus 20 minutes on my bike. I must say, I'm all "cardio'd" out ;-),

I ended up resting today.

Okay, not exactly resting......shopping , wrapping, putting outside Christmas lights up, doing laundry, dogsitting, going to a chili supper.......but no exercise.:p So tomorrow I will do the treadmill or bike, and then start the rotation on Monday.

I keep falling asleep sitting on the couch with dh! Fire in the fireplace, Christmas tree lights twinkling, Christmas shows on tv..... and it's snowing out! Very cozy night in December!:)

Jane, go to bed!!! I hope you sleep much better tonight!!! Poor you!:eek:
 
Well it is 6:10 p.m. and I just got off work!!! I started at 6:00 this morning. This day has been a nightmare. I think my hospital admitted everybody in the county! I don't know if a workout is going to happen. If not, no problem, I needed to do cardio but I'll add on some extra cardio this week to make up for it.
 
Give yourself a break Jane! I'd be willing to bet you need the rest more than you need another workout!!!
