Personal Rotation - Nov 9, Wed

Good morning Phyllis and those who follow,

Yesterday was another crappy busy day. I was tired yesterday from putting up with the toothache pain on Monday. It has gone away for right now. Then after going to grocery store after work and brothers unexpectly inviting themselves for supper I have no time to for exercising! I was so looking forward to my leg Mish mosh!:-( But I will get it in today for sure!

Phyllis the pain has gone away but the problem is still there, so I know I will have to take care of it! Time and being a stubborn mule is what holds me back! I will have to bite the bullet and go! Thank you for asking.

Hi Ladies,

It is 4:30 am here and I couldn't sleep so here I am. Today is suppose to be cardio and weights an a 30 minute run plus abs. I am just not that into cardio and weights so I may make it something else and a 30 minute run or just do a longer run. We shall see!


Phyliss-MM is a great workout!
Kim-I need to get back to the dentist myself soon. I have another tooth acting up so I feel for you! Fear is what keeps me away.
Kali-I will look for you on IM later. Do you work today? I will be out with a clint this am but should be around later.

Today I am doing Body Max for the first time..I hope I live through it! I can't believe I have never done this workout before, but I previewed it last week while working out on my Elliptical machine...it looks rough...LOL!
Thanks to Wendy I know that it is 91 minutes in length.

LOL! Wendy how did you know that fear is part of it? Fear is part of it, but just taking the time to go is a chore for me! I am going all the time. Hell I go to PT twice a week and dance once and who knows what! My dh will probably drag me soon!

Wendy-The party went great! Thanks for asking. I did indeed find a great oufit. In fact I found 2...:) So the other one I will wear when they play again December 8th at a venue here in Denver.

Good morning ladies,

Boy, you guys are early risers too huh? ;-)

Today was MM, I like this one. Just when I think I can finish the jacknife crunches--uggh! she continues! I'm getting better though.

I also added 20 minutes on my bike. If I feel like it, this evening, I may add 30 minutes of extra cardio. Got to try to beat the Thanksgiving pounds!:)

Good morning,

Great workouts today! Mine was MM. That one really fried me today. I think I am in my PMS stage of feeling tired 24/7. It usually subsides after a few days, but I just feel like I am whipped...

Kim, waiting is only going to make the problem worse. Trust me, I went down that road before and wanted to smack myself afterwards, a simple filling became a major root canal. Please make an appt....:)
 
MM is complete and also a 40 min. ride on my stationary bike while I watched Biggest Loser.

Hi good morning everyone, yeterday I did KM,TJ 20 minutes workout, TJ ab jam, the lower body segment of quick fix cardio kicks and 45 minutes on my stationary bike.

Today I will do IMAX 3, TJ cardio party 1, the upper body segment of quick fix cardio kicks and I will ride on my stationary bike while I watch the TV.

Finally I caved and I ordered all the Cathe's new workouts from CK sales.I can't go wrong with Cathe.

Kim- Take care.

Wendy- BC is a great substitution for HSC.You can use HSA too.

Pwmatt- Enjoy MM.It is a great workout. I love the bonus burn using the resistance band.

Conni- If you need motivation you know we will help you.

Spining 28- Body Max is a great, long and awesome workout. I can't wait to try Body Max 2.

Katrina- I usually ride my bike to add more cardio.

Becky- There are lot of Biggest loser's fans here. I would like to see this show. It seems very motivating.

Sounds like there are some good workouts planned for today.
Today was suppose to be legs and cardio but I am going to do that tomorrow, so today will be CTX UB and cardio.I am leaning towards a run for me cardio.
Denise- Let us know how it goes! Your in for a treat.I have had this one for years and I did it the other day for the first time in a while and it really kicked my butt!

I've been too busy the past few days to checkin. However, I have been getting in my workouts.

Mon-Imax 3
Tues-GS C&T
Wed-MIC, Cardio & Wts was scheduled for today, but it is not one of my favorites.

BodyMax is one of my favorites also. I love the fast paced cardio and getting a full body workout in all at the same time.

Hi again everyone, my workout is almost done. I have just done IMAX 3, TJ cardio party nº 1, three segments of quick fix cardio kick (30 minutes total: 10 minutes of the bonus segment, 10 minutes of upper body and 10 minutes of core work)and the abs of Body Fusion. Later I will use my stationary bike.See you tomorrow.
