personal rotation - Mon Nov 21

Good morning Phyllis and all my other fitness buddies. Hope your Monday goes good for you.

Got up this morning and did MIS to sub for SS on the rotation. I don't have SS. Is this a good DVD (SS and PP). I don't see very much about it on the forum. It isn't used very much that I can see. Anybody have it and can give me a review?

Yesterday was Step Blast and I have a lot of fun with it. First time I've done the whole thing, did combos 1,2,3 once but first time for the SB Blast Challenge. Really liked it.

Have a wonderful day everybody. It is pouring raining here in NC this morning. Would have been a good day to sleep and sleep and sleep.

Good morning Phyllis & Jane and all those who follow:) :

Jane I have SS & PP and I like both of them. Yesterday I did SS and it goes pretty quickly. There's a lot of stability ball work in that one. My biceps are pretty sore from yesterday. I must admit, I don't use it that often, I'm not sure why. Maybe I forget about it because I guess it depends on the rotation I'm doing. Check it out on the DVD clips--they both are under 55 minutes.

Today, I doubled up on the exercises because I'll be traveling this week. I did IMAX 1 and I also modified Friday's workout on the November rotation. This included 20 minutes on my bike, KM Blast , 10 min of ab hits and segment 1 of TBS.

Good morning phyllis,jane and katrina all those who follow,

Well took the weekend off even though i posted that I was going to do a workout. I am totally well now so I will start my rotation today. I have been starting and stopping several and want so badly to follow one all the way through. I've decided to do Upper body bliss and hope to stick to it. Did you guys see good results from it? I will substitute her cardio days for legs.


Was going to do it early this morning but dd woke up with temp. of 101. She will stay at home from school once again. Last week was a virus and this week is a cold. We are a sick family.

So today is GS BBS and some type of abs. don't know what for abs I will do.


It's rainy and dreary here!

Kim, I really hope you all get healthy for the holiday weekend, this must be very hard on all of you. Please get well really soon!!

Today was SS. Nice, compact workout, nothing overly strenuous but it is very fast moving. A nice change, actually.

Tomorrow is Imax 1, looking forward to that one. Cathe really helps you along on that one!

Hi Everyone,

I am finally feeling well enough to start working out again. Yesterday I did bodymax and it kicked my butt. I'm still feeling a little weak from being sick. This morning was Imax 3, the time just flies by with this workout.

Hello Everyone -

I hope everyone gets healthy before the holidays!! Sorry to hear so many of us are under the weather.

Tonight is Supersets for me. I think I will do one of the premixes though - that add a second round. I will also do some cardio - probably the 20 min Turbo Jam - or maybe a 30 min step from CTX. Have to make up for the bad eating on the weekend... :)

Hi again, Diana I am glad to know you feel better. Take it easy. Body Max is a hard workout.My workout is almost done. I have just done Step Blast, the hi/low of SJP, the abs and the planks of SJP and the cardio premix of Bootcamp. Later I will ride my sationary bike. See you tomorrow.

Hey Kim! What's up?

Just got done with the dishes. Good workout. Are you feeling better?
I hope so. I did IMAX 1 this morning because I did not have enough time to do Body Max.
I feel like doing something now but I don't know what. I have to give the boys a bath and fold a load of laundry. Maybe I'll do GS legs. I have PUB on my rotation tomorrow. Maybe I'll do it now and do an hour of step tomorrow instead of 30 min. I'll see what I feel like after baths.

Going to the movies with the entire 2nd grade class tomorrow morning. Should be fun. Kim are you cooking Thursday? I'm not. We go to an Aunt's of mine about an hour from us. There will be about 25 of us. How about you?

Yes lordy, i am cooking thursday. I am cooking the whole works and we're taking it over to my brothers house. that is the only meal I feel like cooking during the year.


Sounds like good workouts going on with you. I am trying to get in the swing of things again. So I am trying upperbody bliss. I want so badly to complete one of cathes rotations.

Now I'm well dd is sick with a cold or something but stayed at home with 101 temp. and stuffy nose. She probably won't go to school tomorrow. She looks so pitiful!;(

Awwwww. Poor kid. That rots when the kids are sick and there's nothing we can do.

Well UBB is a great rotation. You'll get thru it. Have faith. You're doing good. Glad you're feeling better.

Where the hec is Terri?? Hope you're ok!

Well the boys are ready for bed and as predicted I no longer feel like working out. So I'm going to pull out my guitar and practice for awhile.
