Today I start the week 2 of the Slim Series slim training programa. I will do Shape it Up and I will add Turbo Jam and stationary bike too. Have a great day everyone.

I beat you, Jane??? Well, maybe you are finally sleeping past 2 am!!;-) I hope so!

Yesterday was p/p and I didn't fit in cardio (;( ) I worked on my Christmas cards and did laundry all day and was just exhausted, like I was fighting getting sick or something, so I didn't push it.
I will definately do the 30 min. run (for me its actually a jog) on the treadmill and maybe add abs.

Today I start my Christmas baking! Anyone want to stop by for samples??:p

Today I did MIC and my Ana Caban pilates DVD. It's snowing here in New York, so I'm trying to figure out if I should go to work or not:). If I stay home, I could squeeze in another workout later to get a heads up on the extra holiday pound or two;-).

Good Morning Ladies.

Today is cardio, lower body and abs. Not sure what exactly I will do but that makes it exciting for me! ;)

I sure hope Jane got more sleep last night!

Katrina, if you don't go to work today you better make that 2nd work out a doozey! I want to hear about it and it better be good!:p Do you live far from your job? I used to hate having to make that decision! I live quite a distance from where I used to work so driving there in bad weather could take FOREVER so I would always consider calling out. I rarely did though...I was a jerk and would go anyway. x( It would undoubtedly take me HOURS to get there...GRRRRR. As much as I would NOT call out for weather I thought nothing of calling in sick when I just wanted a day off! LOL :p

Good Day!

Today is a cardio, and it HAS to be spinning! Yesterday I put the Viper in the DVD player with all intensions of spinning for the cardio segments but I jumped on the step for the C&W and IMAX2 segments and my plantar fasciitis strated throbbing about 3 hours later. Of course I was on my feet most of the day between cleanning, shopping and cooking and laundry. Stepping was a poor choice, but it was so much fun at the time!!!

AH well, this too shall pass, IF I learn to rest it!!!

Katrina- I hope the weather doesn't hurt your day! Where in NY are you? I'm outside of Rochester.

Good morning fitness buddies!

Becky - I slept until 15 til 6 this morning and it felt so good! I'm off today for my comp day for working Sunday. I wish I were there sampling Christmas goodies. I am going to have to get started myself on baking.

Today is that 30 minute run, I'll do it later today. The weather is going to be fine today, a little cold but no rain/sleet. They are calling for icy stuff Thursday, yuck!

Last night I got in PLB/PUB and Int 1-5 of IMAX2. That was a well-rounded workout, I liked it.

Got to run, gotta be somewhere!

Where has Kali been?

Hey Jane. From what I know, Kali is working and dealing with things at home. She comes online and posts in the "<---thread" once in a while but that's about it. She hasn't been in the best spirits as things in her house are rough right now so I guess she isn't in the posting mood. She also wasn't working out faithfully for a while. I feel so bad for her but she's a strong girl...I know she'll get through it! We are supposed to meet this saturday. I can't wait! :)

30 minute run. Yeah, right, in Ohio where the wind chill today is 2! So, I opted to do Rob Glick Step Styles ( 60 minutes ) and Cathe ab hits.

Wrapping gifts when I hit the door tonight!! Ho Ho Ho!

Wendy (fitmom?)---I decided to go to work, it turns out that the snow wasn't that bad today. Shoot!:( and I wanted to do another workout;-) are we obsessed or what? I live pretty close to my job about 20 minutes so what am I complaining about--right?

Wendy, I must say that it's great that you are down 13 pounds! I remember when you lost five. I'm still playing around with the same 1 or 2 pounds since the summer--I'm so jealous :). Keep up the good work! maybe I should put a little "ticker" up--that may give me the extra "push"!

Hi fit buddies,

Well I didn't sleep very well last night and had no energy when the alarm went off this morning. I will try very hard to do something tonight while I work on the laundry.

Mariangeles-how do you like the slim series? I just started myself, doing a slim series every other day. I've done Tone it up and Shape it up so far. Tonight I'm going to try Tear it up. I know Debbie Siebers calls them cardio workouts also, but for me tone it up burned 161 calories and Shape it up only burned 78 calories. I've been adding more cardio to this series.

I didn't get my run in today due to being out all afternoon and cleaning house all morning and early afternoon. I guess it is blast mania for me in a little while!! I have never done a blast only w/o before and I can't say that I'm looking forward to it. :eek:

I've been dreading this week for weeks! I have somewhere to be every day this week after work except for Friday, tomorrow is my yearly GYN appt. (definitely not my favorite thing).

For someone that works at home and usually parks her vehicle on Sunday after church and it doesn't move again until the next Friday or Saturday, this is killing me.....

I know, I know... I'll get no sympathy from you commuters..:p :+
 
I did Bootcamp cardio only - 20 minutes and Bootcamp core only - 11 minutes.

Not a 30 minute sustained run but an okay sub I think. I was looking at my calendar and I needed some core work anyway.

Didn't see the daily check in so I'm posting here! SS today. SO I finished week 8 - 4 of ctx, 3 intensity and 1 blast.

Tomorrow is LM ... Love that workout :)

You went to work?? Ya sound like me! Don't ya just hate it! LOL

TY for the compliments on the weight loss. It took me some time though and I GAINED again after DS was born before losing the 13 pounds! x( I was down to having only 10 pounds to lose just by sheer post delivery weight loss (no effort needed!!!) when my diet went awry and I GAINED BACK 7 freakin' pounds!!! I could have died! That's when I enlisted help from a gal on the boards who got me on the right track and the weight started coming off like magic!:) :) :) So ya see...I'm not really the one who is responsible. It is my "e-personal trainer" ;) , Sarah (imafitnessfreak) who needs to be ^5'd for this 13 pound accomplishment!:+
