I restarted my rotation and did MIC yesterday for the 1st time FINALLY! What a WORKOUT! HOLY CRAP! It was great tho.
So today starts w/ CTX UB which I don't have, so I'm going to do the UB segments of MIS.
I'm going to try my best to stick with my rotation this week. Things have been a bit hectic and I haven't been focusing very well on ANYTHING. But I've made some changes and decisions about things going on in my life, and hopefully things will be a little better soon.

I just did SJP-step portion only and I will do the weights and hi/lo after work tonight. I have to go back to work for a meeting - YUCK - but, I'm hoping to focus and get the rest of the workout done before I return.
I'm Christmas shopping with DH tomorrow, not sure if that will be a fun time or not. He ususally tells me "we've spent enough now let's go" and too bad, but I KNOW I'm not finished yet.

Well, I actually did it! I took 2 rest days in a row this weekend like I wanted to! I'm sure it was in part because I was busy so I didn't have much free time on my hands but none-the-less...let's see if I can keep it up for this rotation!
I felt the same way......didn't feel at all like SJP hi/lo, so I subbed cardio & weights! PERFECT! I cranked the music way up and had fun!!
I'm glad I listened to myself for once!
I stuck with the rotation today. I think I'm the only one but I actually like hi/lo I added on the warm up and stretch from SJP since the hi/lo and wt premix was an add-on. Total of 54 minutes.
