Today is SJP hi/lo and wts only.

I restarted my rotation and did MIC yesterday for the 1st time FINALLY! What a WORKOUT! HOLY CRAP! It was great tho.

So today starts w/ CTX UB which I don't have, so I'm going to do the UB segments of MIS.
I'm going to try my best to stick with my rotation this week. Things have been a bit hectic and I haven't been focusing very well on ANYTHING. But I've made some changes and decisions about things going on in my life, and hopefully things will be a little better soon.

Good Morning Jane & Kali and everybody else!!!

Yesterday I did 45 minutes on my stationary bike and some shoveling. No new snow but I shoveled off the front sidewalk and the back porch.

Today is SJP hi/lo and I might add to it or even do something else since hi/lo is not my favorite. But we'll see.

Hope everyone had a terrific weekend and is ready for the week ahead!

Good morning girls:

I just did SJP-step portion only and I will do the weights and hi/lo after work tonight. I have to go back to work for a meeting - YUCK - but, I'm hoping to focus and get the rest of the workout done before I return.

I'm Christmas shopping with DH tomorrow, not sure if that will be a fun time or not. He ususally tells me "we've spent enough now let's go" and too bad, but I KNOW I'm not finished yet. :)

Well, I actually did it! I took 2 rest days in a row this weekend like I wanted to! I'm sure it was in part because I was busy so I didn't have much free time on my hands but none-the-less...let's see if I can keep it up for this rotation! :)

Today is cardio, legs and abs.

Today was supposed to be SJP Hi/lo and Weights, but it just didn't appeal to me, so I last minute subbed BC. That one fit the bill nicely!

I felt the same way......didn't feel at all like SJP hi/lo, so I subbed cardio & weights! PERFECT! I cranked the music way up and had fun!!
I'm glad I listened to myself for once!:D

Hi Everyone,

I decided to do alternate circuits with steady state cardio this week. I really need to kick up the calorie burn with all the goodies in the office.

I did kickmax yesterday and it felt great since I hadn't done it in a while. This morning was the Gauntlet, a great calorie burner for me.

I stuck with the rotation today. I think I'm the only one but I actually like hi/lo:p I added on the warm up and stretch from SJP since the hi/lo and wt premix was an add-on. Total of 54 minutes.
 
I did Super Sets L/B premix with light weights, C&W step premix on 6" and LL ab work today....

Tomorrow is Legs, U/B and kickboxing...
