Yesterday was that marathon w/o. I'd been crazy not to switch rest days, no way that was getting done today.

Yesterday - 20 minute run with 10 minute w/u and c/d
Legs and Glutes
PUB up only premix without abs

Today - REST and eating, eating, and more eating... :+ :)

I did yesterday's work out today as well, SJP but I modified it.

Today is planned as a rest day but if I have the time and the motivation...who knows what I'll do! :+

HAPPY TURKEY DAY EVERYONE~!

Yesterday was Imax1 & CTX Upper body.

Today is a rest day, but I will try to fit in a good brisk walk, to walk off that "turkey butt"! :7

I'm eating some of everything I really want today.....just will try to remember to think about PORTION CONTROL !!

Yesterday I did PS and LG floorwork and GSCT. My chest and triceps are on fire today! That one always grabs me! today I will do a ab marathon with PUB,ME and KPC. I don't know if I'll do anything else.

I'm taking a rest today too!!!! No scheduled workouts,........it's a HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will allow myself to eat too.
Does that make me a rebel ?????

I'm a rebel right with ya Becky!! I did, however, plug in what I planned to eat into fitday and it wasn't disasterous. It helps that today is my big calorie day. 2,679 calories, 32% fat, 42% carbs, and 25% protein. My calorie allowance on my big calorie day is 2,084 calories so yep it is over that but it is Thanksgiving. This only includes breakfast and the Thanksgiving meal. I'll have to have a salad this evening with a little protein.

Becky I figured the calorie count on that mac&cheese casserole, here is it ...

I figured 10 servings for the entire thing...

calories 286, fat 13, carbs 29, fiber 1, protein 13.

Happy Turkey day all! I'm getting ready to do Ajocks mishmosh - trying to psyche myself up. I'll check in later and let you know how it went. I've rested for 2 days so it should be fine.

Good morning and happy thanksgiving. In Spain we don't have a thanksgivind day. I will do L & G, CTX upper body and the kickmax blast challenge and the cardio premix of bootcamp to substitute the 20 minutes of running. I will add the TJ 20 minutes workout and stationary bike. Hi again, L&G and the upper body split of the CTX dvd are done. I will do the TJ cardio party nº 1 to substitute the 20 minutes of running and if I am not very tired I will add the TJ 20 minutes workout.

Hello everybody... I am back from MIL's and I am so excited because I didn't even eat as much as I'd planned. Instead of the 2,600 calories I was figuring, I wound up with 2,096 calories for the day. I'll probably just eat a salad later if I want it. I am really fully still. The fat ratio, however, was about 33% so a lot higher than my usual 20% but it is Thanksgiving. We had ham, pork tenderloin, a baked turkey breast and my son deep fried a whole turkey. We had the meat well covered!!! It was quite a spread.

I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving!!!! DD and I are going walking now. I am so glad I was able to use some control today on portions, I feel like walking and feel very good about myself today. Now if I can get through Christmas this easy!!!!
