Good morning fitness buddies...

Mariangeles... the party was wonderful. The food was so good! I did control myself and as a result had a great time because I wasn't sick afterwards. I actually did my run after I got home.

Yesterday, 40 minute run, 10 minute w/u and c/d walk and CoreMax #2. I did three pikes!! They were very shallow, butt not completely in the air but this is progress!

Today is SS, I don't have it. I had planned on the ME Express workout premix but I believe I'll do ME in full.

Good Morning & TGIF!! Hi Mariangeles & Jane!

We got snow DUMPED on us last night.....roads were horrendous. School is canceled today, which made dd extremely happy.;)

Today is Supersets and I am thinking of doing the upperbody premix (there is one, isn't there??- I can't even remember!) Or maybe I will do the whole thing and go heavy on u/b and light or no wieght on l/b- sort of messing around with what Wendy is doing... just to see what it's like.

Jane, you did so great at the party!!! I resisted cookies and candies all day long (while I was baking).....and then sat down to watch The Apprentice with a big bowl of salted peanuts!!!!! What was THAT about ??? blah

Anyway TGIF everyone!!
Can you believe how fast Christmas is coming????:eek:
 
Good morning Mariangeles, Jane & Becky and to all the other fit ladies who follow;-):

Today, I did the 60 minute treadmill workout posted in the Jan '06 issue of Fitness magazine. It burns about 500 calories! it's a great workout out. I also added the 10 minute ab workout from my Prevention abs/butt/thighs dvd. I took off yesterday, I'm doing the Jan'04 rotation and I was scheduled to do RS and 10 minutes of ab hits but I was just too tired yesterday. I planned to do it in the pm but just couldn't. Sometimes, you just gotta listen to your body.
I'm glad I did because today, I feel great:).

Hi again!

I ended up doing SS in full, with heavy weights and then added on MIC hi/lo. I just had the time and energy so I did it.
Tomorrow I will walk on my treadmill.

I'm taking a break from Christmas baking today and will just enjoy my dd being home from school . Maybe she'll want to lay around all day and watch Christmas movies......and as her mother I should spend time with her, right?????:p ;-) Most likely she'll end up hanging out with friends and I'll clean, but you never know .......}(

Today is kickboxing, legs and upper body.

Got a couple inches of the messy stuff...would much prefer real snow to this!x(

Hi everyone!

Way to go Jane, having a good time and keeping control as well! I am glad to hear it!

Was supposed to do SS today, but due to the lack of snow we received ( supposed to get 4-8 inches, but ended up with maybe 1 ) I had time to do MM. Haven't done a hardcore for awhile, felt really good!

Baking after work tonight, then wrapping tomorrow morning when DS is at rehearsal for the Church Christmas Service.

Thanks Conni....it was definitely more enjoyable since I wasn't stuffed to the gills.... today is another story, my appetite is raging out of control but so far so good, no bingeing.


I was going to sub ME for SS but I decided to do the 30 to 36 minute premixes off all three Gym Styles.

I did GS Legs premix first, then GS C&T Superset premix, then GS BSB last. I did the warm up and cool down on each premix, however, I skipped the w/u on BSB since I was already good and warm from C&T.

Little over a half hour w/o.
 
Hey girls.

I did Power Hour U/B work, Cardio Kicks (30 mins) and 15-20 mins of non-weighted leg work from L&G today.

Tomorrow is my rest day. :) I get to meet Kali and Robin tomorrow! YIPPEE!:+
