Good morning ladies,
Here goes...
1) 8/8 h20 and/or 6 drink minimum--- Check
2) Limit sweets --- Check --- no sweets yesterday
3) No late night visits to fridge --- Check (This is getting easier by the day and I know it's because I check in. I get up in the middle of the night and am starving but I don't eat because I know I have to check in. Talk about behavior modification;-) , this is cheaper than therapy --thanks guys!)
4) No food 2 hours before bedtime --- Check
5) August rotation --- Check completed Day 8
