Good morning ladies,

Here goes...

1) 8/8 h20 and/or 6 drink minimum--- Check

2) Limit sweets --- Check --- no sweets yesterday

3) No late night visits to fridge --- Check (This is getting easier by the day and I know it's because I check in. I get up in the middle of the night and am starving but I don't eat because I know I have to check in. Talk about behavior modification;-) , this is cheaper than therapy:) --thanks guys!)

4) No food 2 hours before bedtime --- Check

5) August rotation --- Check completed Day 8

Have a great day,

Katrina

Hi Katrina, way to go, it sounds like your doing great with your goals.

Yesterday did day 8 of the August 05 rotation.

Did get a little too much sodium yesterday, I went out to dinner and the only somewhat healthy thing on the menu was blacken chicken, but did have a big salad with natural lemon juice for dressing, and veggies as two of the side dishes.

And I got all my errands done for yesterday.

Got my water in yesterday and heading in a good direction today...2 1/2 glasses down already this morning! :)

Keep up the good work, ladies!

Doing ok on the august rotation-still sticking with it and liking it. I even add more in.

Did a bunch of organizing again yesterday!
No sweets- I blew that one and I ate a fat free muffin:(

Doing well so far. Rotation going well, eating going well (although I brought half of my kitchen to work with me today since I can't seem to get enough to eat:7 ) First "treat" day planned for the 20th. I am going to have a date night with DH and DD is spending the night at Grandma and Grandpas. It makes it easier to stay motivated when you know you have something to look forward to.

Keep up the great work ladies!!

Katie

Continuing on with my own August rotation and doing fairly well. I missed the aerobic section on Sunday though, due to a stupid barbed wire cut that wouldn't quit bleeding. I'm not sure if I can play catch-up this week or not...

I was bad yesterday evening and tried a piece of pie - am not supposed to have dessert during the week! But oddly enough I didn't like it and so stopped after a few bites. That's something, anyhow.

Doing well on the water. Not such a huge deal, since it is 92 degrees!!

I have kept up with my walking (4.5 miles per day). I will get back to Cathe workouts when school starts (2 weeks:( )

I bought a new scale (DS jumped on the old one like it was a trampoline) and have not gained or lost any pounds, but clothes are looking better and better each day.

I feel like this month of no sweets has flown by so far. It has been much easier for me this month as compared to June. I am also nowhere near PMS right now, so that could be the reason (a good one!!). Also spending the week with friends next week...could be a huge challenge!

Have a super day!

I've had a great day so far. Went to a great little boutique with my sister and we bought some really cute tops and jewelry. Then went to a restaurant on the lake for a lite lunch - grilled tuna on a bed of lettuce and a glass of merlot. Then stopped at a winery on the way home for a tasting. Okay, this means I had about 6 oz. of wine today instead of 4, but it was fun!

No added salt - check
water - check
entry of foods into fitday - check

I had a handful (maybe 8) little crackers at the winery to "cleanse my pallette" between tastings, but according to my entries into fitday, this won't hurt me as long as I stick to my planned meals the rest of the day.

Hi Ladies!

Today is a much better day.

H2O - Check!
No Sweets - Check!
Smokes - only one
Salty Snax - had a handful of peanuts at work.

I think I do much better on days when I get a good cardio workout in. Yesterday I just did weights, and I felt so B*TCHY ALL DAY! Today was IM#3 - YAY!

Tammy

Hi all- good evening!

Had a much better day today! Stayed on track with water, meals and worked out with Power Hour (forgot how much I like this one!)

Have a great night - it's good to see so many back on track today!
