Personal Goals Check-in - August 17

Hi ladies,

I hope you all are doing well out there and if not, that's okay....today's a new day. Remember improvement not "perfection"...(now if I can only take my own advice;-) ). Here goes

1) Water --- Check

2) Limit sweets --- Check -- no sweets yesterday.

3) August Rotation ---Check --- Barely completed Day 16

4) No late night visits to the fridge --- Check

5) No dinner 2 hours B4 bedtime.

I'm NOT doing well. Definitely not. My willpower seems to have flown right out the window, along with any semblance of clean eating there may have been. And it's showing. So today, it's back on track. Hopefully. One day at a time, right?
 
I haven't checked in here recently because I'm embarassed at my lack of willpower this month. I had 3 cookies on Sunday. And half a donut on Monday. And 5 Hershey kisses on Tuesday. So far, so good today... but it's only 9am! I am really craving the sweets for some reason, and just can't seem to knock these cravings. It was so easy for me in June. This month, not so much.

Oh well, at least I'm still sticking to the Fat Loss Rotation. :p
 
Me, too Emily. I've been such a piggie the last few weeks. Last night I decuded I was going to get back on track with Weight Watchers and try doing the Core plan. I packed my lunch and snacks. Well, when I got to work, someone had brought in these brownies called Killer Brownies. Of course, I ate one.

I'm still working out. I'm just having some struggles with the whole clean eating thing.
