Personal Goals Check-in - August 16

Good morning ladies,

Welcome back Kali, hope you had a nice and relaxing vacation.

Here goes,

As for me, I'm pretty much on target:

1) 8/8 or 6 cup minumum of H2O --- Check

2) Limit sweets ---- Check --- No sweets yesterday.

3) No late night visits to fridge --- Check

4) August Rotation --- Check--- Completed Day 15

5) No food 2 hours B4 bedtime ---- Check

Hello Katrina and all other ladies,

haven't posted here in the last week and half because of my diet being crud! I am going thru some stress and don't think I can keep up with my goal. I really miss checking in here. Hopefully I can come back here to at least attempt my goals. I know I can't be perfect, but right now I am pure crap!! I will get over this soon and can conquer those no sweets!

Well, my goal to lose the cellulite around the hips and thighs doesn't seem to have progressed much in three weeks. I am gaining muscle, and I'm fitter than ever before, but the fat is stubbornly clinging. I'll give it more time.
