3) August Rotatation --- Check --- completed Day 14

4) No late night visits to fridge --- Check

5) No dinner 2 hours b4 bed --- Check,

Good morning Katrina!

I am back on track after vacation.

Water......check
NO Satly junk.....check
NO Sweets..... check

My new goal is to stick to a freestyle rotation for the next8-12 weeks. I've been playing with the idea and have decided to go for it. I'll be doing Cathe step w/o's for my cardio which are my absolute favorite w/o's to do so it should be fun!
