where are all you early morning people?:eek:
Note to self - LAUGH MORE!! I have been feeling a little run down recently, & having problems with esophageal spasms ("brought on by exercise"x( ). Last night while watching just a bit of NCIS, Tony gave me such a good laugh that I felt instantly better!!! I need to rent some comedies & incorporate laughter into my daily life - a new goal!
CTX KB segment yesterday, eating went well, so that plus some good giggles made it a good day.... now on to today!

Hi All,

Yesterday when well, I ended up geting an extra hour of exercise in, and so far with teh Aug 05 rotation, I've burned 2434 calories, not counting ths AM.

I'll be doing day 10 later tonight due to a scheduling conflict so that will be interesting to see if I can do this after a long day at work.

Susan, I've been feeling a little run down the past week myself. I feel completely drained of all energy. I'm eating plenty of food so I don't know why I feel this way. I will take your note as well and try to smile more and have more energy. It's been very rainy and dreary here for the past week so that may be adding to it.

Rest of goals are going well. Workouts going well, eating going well (although I am craving a TON of junk food, so that is making me grumpy too).

Anyway, so far so good today. Plenty of water, healthy breakfast and lunch. I hope the rest of the day goes well...

My water intake was lame yesterday...only about 1/2 of what it should be x( ...and today isn't going much better so far :-(...Hopefully I'll be able to squeeze it all in today!

I am doing well on the rotation
Doing good on getting things organized-Cleaned out master closet
Sweets- Well not the best. I had a fa free muffin the other night and last night I had a soft serve yogurt no fat but I know it had sugar!

Here's my check-in (this is a bit late for me today);

1) 8/8 glasses of H20 or 6 drink minimum --- Check

2) No late night visits to fridge -- Check

3) August Rotation --- Check-- Completed Day 9

4) Limit Sweets --- Check no sweets yesterday

5) No food 2 hours before bed --- Check

Oooooooooooooooh, ladies, today was a baaaaaaaaaad day for me. Ugh. We went to a Chinese buffet for lunch, and although I only ate vegetables, nothing deep fried, and no meat, I ate a LOT and I had dessert. My stomach hurt when I left. And I haven't worked out yet and it's already 7:16.

My body will be happy when I get back to my regular routine:-(
 
I did very well on my water today. I also did my 4 mile walk and had no sweets. However...I DID have Pizza Hut for dinner (2 pieces of pizza! AND 2 breadsticks!!!!), but that's all and only water to drink and I am done eating for the day! Better food tomorrow (although there was over half a pizza left over and it is now in my fridge. Leftover pizza is one of my favorites!!)

Had a good day today-
1. Drink water- check
2. Eat clean- check
3. Exercise - check (did a fantastic workout which was 1/2 hr of rebounding followed by 1/2 hr of sprint step- boy am I tired!)
