All right, here are my goals this month:
1. No sweets
2. Complete the March 2005 Hardcore Fat Loss Rotation
3. Increase my protein intake and decrease carbs
So far today, I haven't had any sweets, but hey, it's only 9 a.m.! And I just finished Imax 3.
I'll be doing a check-in each day - or if for some reason I forget or get hit by a bus, someone else can start it. I guess if you don't see it up when you log in, just go ahead and start it!
