All right, here are my goals this month:

So far today, I haven't had any sweets, but hey, it's only 9 a.m.! And I just finished Imax 3.

I'll be doing a check-in each day - or if for some reason I forget or get hit by a bus, someone else can start it. I guess if you don't see it up when you log in, just go ahead and start it!:)

My goals:

1. Continue with the no sweets
2. Continue with the three month HardCore rotation
3. Clean and purge house of JUNK! (Thanks Terri - excellent idea)
4. Quit smoking....I'm really trying! It is harder than I remember....I quit 20 years ago, and I don't remember it being this hard.

Hi Everyone,

My goals this month are:

Doing the Aug 05 rotation, for myself and also when I hear the football team complain that all I do is make too hard of workout and I can't even do it, and my workouts are so much easier. They can try to do Cathe's rotation *evil grin* And we get to play last man standing.

Pushing myself to to the max for this month to count as my peak training time.

As of this AM I did Imax 1, and PS legs instead of the walking lunges I wanted a bit more.

As for diet, I'm just following along with my normal one. But then I don't eat sweets, I have salt only when I'm outside and need it to keep water in my body, at these temps we are having and spending hours on the football field in a nice inclosed hole, you need everything you can get. All the rest is healthly natural food. Oh I am increasing my calories by a 100 so I can make it threw this rotation.

Kit

Hello everyone!

I thought I'd join you all this month. I need

1.Complete the April 2005 Building Stregnth Rotation
2.DRINK MORE WATER!!!!!
3.Sweets only once a week. (Sorry, I'm still not disciplined enough to go a whole month without ;-) )
4. Get at least 5 hours sleep per night. (This is a hard one for me, but it must be done, the lack of sleep is taking a tole on me.)

Good luck to all of you taking on the Aug 05 Rotation...I'm not anywhere near ready for that challenge. But keep up posted, we're rooting for you.:7

Hi all- I am hoping to join in with all you motivated ladies with some goals for August-

1. Exercise at least five days a week
2. Drink 64 oz of water per day
3. Eat clean (more protein less carbs)

I was rashly thinking of trying the Aug. rotation but I think it will discourage me because not only have I not consistently worked out in awhile but I don't think I have the time to complete everything. So I'll just have to look for a different rotation to do.

Have a great day:)

Hi all,
Goals:
1)more protein
2)less fat
3)more calories (see, I knew those home made brownies would come in handy! - oh, then there was goal #2..., oh well...)
4)eliminate everything with high fructose and/or partially hydroginated oils (my brownies are free of those!! oh, gaol #2... :/)
5)as much of the August rotation as physically possible

I'm off to a good start on the food, using fitday.com to track, but dinner out with the girls tonight may be a problem...
Since I don't have IMAX, did All Step cardio from CTX + ME. (DH thinks I have lost my mind!)
HAPPY GOAL ACHIEVEMENT ALL!

Hi All!

My goals for August:

1. Continue with fitday - log into it every day and enter the day's foods.
2. Eat only 2 sweets this month (that was a good idea someone had. Sometimes you're somewhere where it's nearly impossible to avoid).
3. Limit of 4 oz. of red wine a day.

My goals for the month are:

1. complete the Body blast rotation
2. stay within my WW points
3. Lose #'s and inches (will measure tonight)

We can all do this! Let's go ladies!

Amy

This will be my first time for this so hopefully I am making realistic goals...

1- Work out five days a week. My goal is just to work out. I am still just starting so as long as I do the best I can getting through the workout I am good...I just want to do it five times a week, even if I am not doing the whole thing

2- Drink at least 3 jugs of water a day.

3- Get up before the boys at least 4 times a week

4- Get at least 6 hours of sleep every night

5- keep a food journal

We will start there. I know that i will have to watch what i eat better than I do but I really want to focus on the working out this month. I am hoping that it will be more of a habit by next month and I can make some eating goals. Thanks ladies...
Sarah

Good Evening girlssssssss

My goals this month:

1.No sweets
2.continue with my four day workout.
3.work on my eating

well is really hard for me at my job when it come eating sweet. in the cafeteria they have diferent cakes, in my sales office they have chocolate every where. but i will work something out.
today i had 2 muffins.

Ladies I have to go ahead and confess that the no sweets goal I made for myself this month I have already blown! Eating at my mom's tonight and what does she have? Chocolate pie!! She kept asking and asking me to have a little piece. I only eat once a week with her, so I might have to say sweets only once a week. I'm still disappointed because I was doing so good today and had my head straight about those sweets. Well that's life!!

Felt I should reveal this now incase I didn't have the nerve in the morning!! I know I will make slipups, but on the first day!
