Personal Checkin - Wed 11-23

Hello everybody!!!

I finished IMAX1 at 9:30 last night. This is an impossible week, too much going on!!

Today is L&G, 20 minute steady run and since I don't have CXT UB, I am subbing some premixes off both Gym Styles upper body workouts.

Have a fabulous Wednesday and a wonderful Thanksgiving.

LAST DAY OF WORK FOR ME FOR FOUR DAYS!!!

Hang in there today for your last day of work!!

I'm switching things around and plan on Imax1 and might add on CTX upper body and stretch. I'm trying to do the longer workouts while I have the time. Tomorrow will end up being basically a rest day, and am hoping to get a good walk in there somewhere.

Is everybody ready for Turkey day???:eek:
 
Ha Jane! I've become a VERY LATE workout person too. Just the way life has been. I think I STARTED C & W at 9:30 so you beat mee!

Today is BC.

I've actually joined the daily check in. I posted there by accident one day instead of this check-in!

Did ME premix and LL back to back yesterday. What fun that was! LOL

Today calls for rest but that's not happening! }(

I will probabably rest tmrw so today will be SJP which is tmrw's work out.
I think I will either leave out the leg weight work or just do it with light or no weight though.
I've worked my legs A LOT the past 3 days and don't want to over-do it.
Besides, my knee is kinda tender again from doing Circuit Max the other day x( ...
 
Hi everyone!

I am out of here ( work ) at noon today and I won't be back until Monday! Yeah!!

I did LL and stretchmax 1 today, can we say squat city??? I have never done that one before, kind of different for a Cathe workout, imo, but good!

I don't know when I will check in next, probably Friday, but have a great Thanksgiving if I don't post until then. I will be doing C& W tomorrow due to time constraints. Be safe on the roads also!

Yesterday was supposed to be LG and PS floorlegs,but sick dd needed my attention last night. She has a dr. appt. this morning at 10:30. But I will do the legs along with GS C&T today. Yesterday was my last day of work till Monday. Yeah!


Wendy-does you knee hurt from when you hurt it on the step or something a month or so back? I hope it gets to feeling better.


Will check in this afternoon after all of my running around. After I take dd to dr. I have to go back to PT. Gosh,I always have busy days off.

Hey everyone :)

I've got my family all home now. The kids are all sleeping in, and after a bit of coffee I will do a spinning workout probably to IMAX3. We (DD & I) hope to get in some yoga too today, but if we don't get to class, we will do it at home.

Wendy- I hope those knee pains are temporary. Pay attention to them...

Today is tone it up from the SS Series and lowmax and ctx upperbody.

I know I have't been good about posting lately but I have so much going on. My dad and family issues. my business etc. Hopefully things calm down this next week!

Hey Judy...

I had somehow aggravated my knee a few weeks ago. It took some time of being "nice" to it and the pain subsided. It's back now but I know why...I did Circuit Max the other day and there is a TON of high impact in the beginning. That's what did it. x( It's not bothering me the way it did last time though, which is good atleast.

Since tomorrow will be my rest day and I will be traveling tonight, I decided to really "challenge" myself. So for me I did the following:

MIC
Rhythmic Step Challenge
Step Blast Challenge
Kick Max Blast Challege
Denise Austin "Hit the Spot Pilates" (3 segments)

..Talk about a calorie burn}( I had a great time doing it and I drank 4 cups of water in the process:)

I am done with Imax1 & CTX Upper Body. Now I better get busy in the kitchen!!!! Just like everybody else, I have a busy day ahead!!

Wow Katrina, I don't think I could do anything else after MIC. You Go Girl!!!

This morning I did muscle max. I'm still trying to get back into the swing of things after being sick last week.

I plan on doing the 90 min SB/SJP combo tomorrow morning.

I just finished a 20 minute run with 10 minute total w/u and c/d and Legs and Glutes. I still have the upper body workout to do. I changed my mind and decided to use a premix off PUB to sub for CTX UB. I am really getting tired and not wanting to do anything else but I believe I'll eat something and push on and get that last w/o in. Thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day, I am definitely feeling like I need one.
 
Hi Jane! You sound like you need a rest day after all that! I can bet you're feeling it!

Hey Kim! Great workout! I just finished Lowmax and 2 seg's of Ab hits. Tomorrow I'm doing All Step and Leaner Legs. I'll probably throw some abs in too. Not a marathon tho.

I'm off to make a salad before I pass out. I'm starving.
