Dear Cathe,
I am getting married May 27, 2000 and we will be going to St. Kitts for our honeymoon. I am in pretty good shape (5'6", about 130-135 #) and have been working out for years, but I want to look my absolute best for our trip. So, I am looking for some advice on tweaking my workouts.
My current workout schedule is:
Mon - Powermax, back, abs
Tues - 45 min on Treadmill, chest, Shoulders
Weds - PS Legs, abs
Thurs - 45 min on Treadmill, biceps, triceps
Fri - 45 min on Treadmill
Sat & Sun - rest (an occasional walk)
My main problem is extra fat on my legs, especially my upper thighs.
Would it be better to add in additional weight lifting days or more cardio?
I eat quite healthy, but anything under about 2,000 calories a day makes me feel like I am starving (quality of life drops severely!)
