When you start the periodization with cardio what will the different areas be? Will we match the cardio cycles with the weight cycles? I'm not sure how this all fits together. I'm also not sure how I will use the old vidoes. It seems like I could just keep cycling through the STS series but I want to be able to use the old videos too! Can we make period cycles with the old tapes? For example if I am doing the weight STS would I do endurance type cardio with the endurance part of the cycle?
