Perfect 30 HIIT - low and high: what a blast!

I did them both yesterday.... Can't say enough how much fun I had and how I did enjoy the new moves! So fresh and fluid, I really appreciated the new twist, bending, reaching exploding concept: I feel it more concerned about every day functional moves and loved the grouping of four repetitions then quick rest then four again. It is unbelievable how today I feel sore in new spots, and how the core was engaged. I feel these two will become soon my two new faves... Thank you Cathe for all the good you bring into my life!
