I also did Cathe Lite Cardio Party Calorie Crush, 15 minutes, heart rate average 152, max 181, 1,500 steps, met 9.0, 119 calories and finished off with Kelly's Athletic Conditioning vol. 1 workout 2 stretch, 24 minutes, met 2.5, 56 calories, 112 steps. Total time was 97 minutes, 503 calories, 4,578 steps.
