Today, I did CDorner Low Impact Fat Burning Cardio +dumbbells, 42 minutes, heart rate 119/162, 193 calories, 3,822 steps. I have done this one before. She had it posted a couple of days ago, but it is an older one. I think my calories and avg heart rate should have been higher. For some reason the first 20 minutes I kept looking at my Garmin and my heart rate was in the 80's and 90's. I tried wiping it off and putting it back on and that did not help. So next I tried to sync it by clicking on the watch on the app and it just kept spinning. I have done this in the past and it usually will right itself. Anyway, I went in and out of the app and then it did a sync and my HR went up. The weight work was boxing moves with 2# and some other moves. Two segments like that. I adjusted the moves for me. I then did PT exercises 18 minutes (actual 25 minutes as I forgot to start my watch) 36 calories heart rate 80/109. I finished with Raw athletic stretch. Also did some extra rolling and upper stretching, 31 minutes, heart rate 68/81.
Total time was 92 minutes, 261 calories, 3,822 steps for the cardio as I did not check on the other.
I had a lot of pain in my neck yesterday. Today it is mostly all on the left side where all of the other pain has been recently. I think it is inflammation and a nerve because when I turn my head or move a certain way, it hurts from the neck down to the scapular area and stings. Makes me wince. So, icing and stuff and trying to avoid aggravating the area. I did not do the weighted rows today when doing PT. I may sit in the whirlpool tub for a while before I go to bed.
Carolyn, yes, she was thinking of the Queen. She was doing curtsy's like you were doing it in front of royalty. Nice work with P30 Flow. I really like a lot of the moves in these. I do have a bit of problem with too much time on my hands though so some of those down dogs are more from me carefully getting into position without it being a down dog up dog thing where I am pushing off from a push up. It does not feel good on the shoulders and problem areas. I still get a good stretch though. Nice work with RWH today as well.
I am hoping I can get that appointment worked out. There is a doctor that the one leaving has on her recommendation list that is a DO and I looked at him before I picked the last one when researching. He has been there for over 40 years though, so wondering how long he will be there. Anyway, I was looking over his stuff and he does work out of an office close to me as well as at the heart hospital which is some distance away. That would work out a bit better if I can get the test done at the heart hospital and then see him closer. If that works anyway.
Cathy, is dynamic total body a live workout?
Valerie, I detest those power outages. Nice that you still got in a workout. If it was planned they really should let you know. I do get phone notifications from our power company if there is a power outage that is unplanned, and time span. I don't think I have experienced a planned one though.
Thinking about it, we did have some when I was doing virtual school which was really annoying. I had enough problems with zoom anyway. Sorry you had the headache of all of that. I bet it was nice not having lots of people around when you went out for your ride.
I hate changing doctors when I am comfortable with the ones I have. Plus I often wonder if they even read records thoroughly. By what my original doctor had said, this next visit should have been my last unless changes in the nodules. Switching doctors has me worried I will be going more. This one that is leaving told me I had several nodules which I thought I had one that they were watching. My primary care has been there for so many years and my daughter's worked with her before she bought out the office. So I have been seeing the same doctors in that office since my children were young. The only thing is she is the last of those that were there originally. My husband thinks I should find someone close, but I don't want to find someone else.
Judy, nice work with Butts and Guts. There really are some great older workouts that I used to do over and over. I should try revisiting some. It seems every time I think I am going to I just get up and turn on my subscriptions and it seems easier than getting out the dvd.
