I got the long wall n my workout room painted. I wanted to do it first as it has a whole row of windows with vertical blinds to work around. I also got my replacement cell phone so I have to do all of the set up all over again. I sure hope this does not happen again. They sure do not try to hard to fix the problem. It just seems like they know there is a problem and they want to switch out the phone.
Carolyn, it was on Shark tank that I saw the cricket flower protein bars. I just saw them in Sprouts and thought I might try one.
Valerie, I would never eat anything like that that is not cooked. My fish is generally over cooked by the time I am done with it. I don't want any part of it not flaky. Chicken is okay, but sometimes I get some that seems like it has more chewy stuff in it and then I cannot eat it again for awhile. It all has to be cooked very well. Lately I have been surviving more on protein powder and a little meat. Not much appetite for it.. I am making chili for family dinner tomorrow and decided to make two pots, one regular beef chili and one white chicken chili. I looked at recipes and am thinking of adding some organic frozen corn and less cannellini beans. I am roasting chicken to shred right now so it will be easier to put together tomorrow. I am not fond of beans and I really do not feel like the traditional chili. Sometimes when I make the dinners I mainly eat salad. I used to make bread all of the time when my children were growing up. I would use the Cornell triple rich flour recipe that used extra ingredients to make the bread more protein and nutrition. The family grew up with lots of fresh things like wheat germ pancakes with fresh strawberries, homemade yogurt, real cheese, black strap molasses cookies. I don't eat a lot of that stuff now so like you I don't do it often.
