I had a good workout today. I started with STS Shock Cardio Hiit 30/30, probably the easiest one, 29 minutes, heart rate, 124 average/ 155 max,(this seemed low for this workout) I sometimes wonder about my Fit Bit. I used an estimated 186 calories from various devices. Map my Fitness had it at 208 and Fit Bit had it at 137 which I have never had doing this workout before. I then did Coffey Fit Raw You tube Hips and Glutes 32 minutes for me, (her camera stopped before the end and the workout is around 25 minutes) I also had to change up some weights and write down the moves as I went. Next time should go more quickly. 141 calories. I finished off with another of Kelly's Raw workouts, upper blast, 34 minutes, 153 calories. Heart rate 106/ 140. This really makes me wonder what was going on with the Hiit workout. Time was 94 minutes, 525 calories, 3949 steps
Raw Hips and glutes timed (I think 30 on 10 off the same as with Upper Blast) I think Kelly said she is using 22 # barbell and she uses no ankle weights but says you can, she just doesn't want to make the stop to go across the room to get them.

Lori, that is great that you updated the Cathe Live list. I just pointed someone to it who got a year of the Cathe Live for her birthday. Dogs do seem pretty resilient. At least, the don't whine and complain like humans would. They are so sweet and loveable. Instead the rip your heart out when they look at you in surprise that you did it. That is too bad that you are finding yourself working through your lunch hour. They are lucky to have you there.
Valerie, my other dog would eat anything. She was only hesitant once when the vet put her on some pale bland looking soy dog food for awhile. She sniffed it over and over and nibbled at it. Normally she had her food gone in seconds. I could always tell if she was really sick , because she wouldn't eat. Gertie is different, spoiled I guess. She will leave her food sit if she doesn't care for it. She will skip several meals holding out if she doesn't get the Tablespoon of pumpkin mixed into it. She will eat it if I stir some chicken bits in it, but I try not getting it started. She holds out when the little grandchildren are here, I think hoping they will drop something or give her food. I make her go outside when they eat. I think they are all different. Arugula does have a strong taste. I like it best with a vinaigrette or Italian dressing. I don't mind so much having a bit of it mixed in with other greens though. There was a dressing in the first P90X book that was a vinaigrette with shallots in it and balsamic vinegar that was used on an arugula salad and I loved it. That was the first time I had hunted down arugula to try.
