sCh_supersmilie.gif

I'll be back Thursday night....but will have the iPad and can check in I'm sure.

Have a great week!

I,m also off. Heading south. All seems smooth this time . Will maybe make Northern California by late afternoon. No problem traffic early on Sunday.
Lori I will try to get more antenna details as dh is a captive audience!

Did the full " ride "spin yesterday. I get some of those songs stuck in my head

Have a good trip deb enjoy the warm sunshine

Hi Deb, Josie, Valerie, Lori, and Judy--

This morning I did BarreAmped Cardio Burn (65:00).

Have a smooth trip, Deb--no delays or turbulence!

Enjoy your trip to CA, Valerie! Hope the Pineapple Express doesn't rob you of the sun!

I went to see The Imitation Game yesterday. Benedict Cumberbatch was spot-on as Alan Turing, the "odd duck" who cracked the Nazi code. Very interesting and new history for me. Appalling how he was treated as a homosexual after the war.

So far, only about an inch of new snow. Hope this storm called Marcus just dwindles here in western MA.

Good afternoon ladies,

Yesterday I did 3 segments of Suzanne Bowen which ended up about 50 minutes. Then spent the day shopping at the Wrentham Outlets with DS's GF. Was a really fun day.

Have a nice trip Deb and Valerie!

Been taking care of snow max today. We had about 5 inches of new snow last night. According to what I've seen by the time this new storm is finished Tuesday morning we will have a total of 14 to 20 more inches of this crap! This has been a very tough couple of weeks.

Walked Chester today out in back of the house. We have some neat trails all through the woods. Was easy to walk thru the snow because several snowmobiles went thru creating a nice path. Chester loved it and so did I.

Lynda....all of MA have been receiving theses storms but I think your area has been fortunate as to not have the totals we have. I have not seen that movie advertised. Will look it up as I like Benedict Cumberbatch also.

Well we are about to relax by the fire to mentally prepare ourselves for the next round of snow coming tomorrow!

Have a great night all.

Hi ladies--

This morning I did Dancin' Abs (58:00).

It just keeps snowing--not hard, but it adds up every day. I don't know how much you have from this one, Lori, but our son in Boston says the last one--named Linus--was worse. I guess they are now naming our storms with Roman names--Juno, Linus, and now Marcus. Watch out if they name the next one Maximus!

Hope your travels are taking you to gentler climes, Deb and Valerie!

I am enjoying DA again. I'm really glad Edith just decided to claim Marigold for herself.

Good evening ladies!

Omg!! This snow is horrible now at this point. I actually think in my area we received about the same amount we did last week. We are in that band and we got slammed again. The banks are so high it is getting hard to shovel. I did work out today ....did Cathe live long and strong legs and then a 35 minute premix of Ride. Figured I'd then shovel for a total body workout!!! Tomorrow I'll post a couple more pictures. Chester is loving this. He can not get enough. Nilla will not even go out side. We have training pads we have been putting down that she uses when we are out and she needs to go. She's turning 15 so she can't hold things as long as she used to plus she is so little there is never really much! I am afraid now she will never go outside.

DH just came home....yeah he made it safely. Now we are both going out to rake the roof!

Have a great night!!!

Hello from Sunny & Warm Tucson! Sorry, I had to do that.

It's great here, lots of nice scenery etc

will check back tomorrow.

Forgor to watch DA...maybe when I ger back from dinner tonight.

Take care,

Hi to anyone who shows up!

This morning I did the new ch, sh, tris workout (39:30).

I think we had about 8 inches of snow over the last couple days. Manageable. What I am really dreading is the weekend because they keep saying it's going to be the coldest ever. Boston is really suffering. People stranded when suddenly the mass transit system stops. No place to put all the snow so they are trying to melt it. And more snow coming on Thursday.

I feel your pain, Lori! It sounds like you are in the same shape as Boston.

Deb, I hope I didn't spoil DA for you. Enjoy the warmth of Tucson, because when you get back hell just might freeze over in the east.

Stay warm everyone!

Hi All!

Here are some pictures.

First: I was using a small metal shovel to break up some ice. I leaned it up against the snow bank from our walkway and realized how much there is. Crazy!!!

Second: Pets love when I have a snow day. We have one more kitty but she was in the other room at the time.

Third: Chester loving the snow!

Last one are the snow steps we needed to make for Chester to get out the back door!

I'll check in later after I workout tonight.

Have a great day all!

Hi,

A break before the cocktail party. Not that I drink, and it's really more like a dinner. Then one more day, (tomorrow being the only full day of meetings), then the banquet, and home on Thursday. I am missing home, even though I know what zI will be facing once I get there.

Lynda, you didn't spoil DA..I too was hoping tha Edith wouldn't let her aunt & grandmother send Marigold away to some boarding school. I don't see here staying in that room for any length of time. Where will she get money?

Lori, those pictures are amazing! Love the cuddling animals, and Chester in the snow.

Hi, to Judy, & Joise, & the travelling Valerie,

Stay warm!

Deb...it has been absoultely insane here with all the snow and they are saying more to come the end of the week.

Ended up not working out today :(. Boss kept me late and I did not get home until 8:00pm such a long day considering I left the house at 7:30am. By the time I got home and cuddled and fed my pets I was just not feeling it. I am ok with today as my rest day considering all the snowmax yesterday.

I watch Downton Abbey too and have not got to the last episode. Not to worry as I already heard that Edith does this from elsewhere! :)

Have a great night ladies!

So sorry about the snow and weather! What can I say? Great pics Lori. We had a few years like that but not this one. We are sunny warm and approaching central cal coast. Paso roles is a major vineyard town. Looks like movie Sideways. More when typing is easier

Hi Deb, Josie, Valerie, Lori, and Judy--

This morning I did Bootcamp Boogie (63:00).

Lori, those pictures are incredible. After seeing those, I certainly can't complain. Some kind of Alberta clipper coming through tomorrow, but they say it will only be 1-3 inches. What a long day for you! Max likes the snow too.

Deb, maybe Edith has some inheritance. I envy your warm weather, but not a whole day of meetings.

Valerie, maybe you should do some wine-tasting while you are there.

Hi to Josie and Judy!

Good evening ladies!

No workout today. I am such a worry wart. I was up all night thinking our roof is going to collapse! There is so much snow and we have every right to be worried. We have someone coming by tomorrow to remove it for us. Would rather pay someone that has the proper tools then for us to be on the roof. That is asking for trouble!

Lynda...yes glad it is a reasonable 3 inches tomorrow. I still laugh at Bootcamp Boogie. I need to look this one up to see what it is all about.

Valerie...sounds like you are having a nice time. I can't wait for spring!

Judy...we are very fortunate with are pets as they are all love bugs!!!!

Deb...must be so nice being in the warm weather. My brother lives in Tucson and he is always texting me the temperature I believe just to irk me!!!! Have a nice flight!

Hi to Josie!

Hi Ladies,

Went to bootcamp on Monday, Karina on Tuesday and no workout on Wednesday. The grandkids were visiting and decided to spend it with them.

Deb, have a safe trip home.

Valerie, glad that you are having a good time on your vacation.

Garance, bootcamp boogie sounds like fun :)

Lori, great pictures, but I'm glad that I'm not there.

Hi to Judy!

Josie

Hi Deb, Josie, Valerie, Lori, and Judy--

This morning I did RWH Legs (40:35).

Lori, I would be worried too if we had as much snow as you. It also sounds like there's more coming to Boston next week. Bootcamp Boogie is Petra Kolber, and it is fun. She is a very pleasant trainer. Definitely intermediate, but she has 45 second intervals and you can choose the level of intensity.

Deb, I hope your flight is smooth and you are prepared for this weekend, which threatens to be the coldest yet.

Josie, I really envy your consistently warm temps. Spring feels very far away. Sigh! Enjoy your peanuts!

How are things in Michigan, Judy? As cold and snowy as we have it here??

Hi to Valerie!

Good evening ladies!

Tonight was Cathe Live Low Impact Circuit. Loved it. Just what I needed since I have not been sleeping well.

We just can't get a break with the snow. Couple of inches today and 18 with the next storm this weekend. The roof guy came and took off as much snow as possible. I would feel a little better if it was all off. But the guy says we should be in good shape so I hope he is right. Then all the snow he removed from the roof is on the ground and we pretty much can't see out our windows at this point. I am 5"2 and it is higher than me in the yard. Poor chester now is having a hard time going out. When you open the back door you face a wall of snow!

Ok enough of the snow talk. I do not mean to bore you all!

Josie...so nice that the grandkids were visiting!

Lynda....I envy the warm temps too! we have family in NC, AZ and Florida. They are always rubbing the warm weather in!!!!!

Hi to Valerie, Deb and Judy!!!

Hi Everyone,

My sciatic/piriformis/hip issues started up again so I'm taking it easy for a few days. I've been using ice/heat and
taking ibuprofen all day today. I'm not sure exactly what triggered it, but if it's not considerably better by Monday
I'm going to make an appointment with an orthopedic doctor.

Lynda-it's really cold here too, but not much snow this week. We are going to have windchills up to -20 below zero tonight and then another cold spell on Sunday. I agree, Spring feels very far away..

Lori- I can't believe how much snow you have there! That is scary about your roof! I really can't imagine having that much snow. I hope you don't get as much this weekend.

Deb-I hope you had a great trip and are home relaxing now.

Hi to Valerie and Josie,

Judy
