Good morning,
No workout yesterday, was not a good day. I didn't go to class last night either. Hopefully today will be better.
Carolyn, you are doing great with the rotations, and good you have the patience to work on a Cathe step workout!
Valerie, I guess 3 months should be long enough to tell if you like a mattress, but I think most people don't pay attention and before you know it, the 3 months has passed. Do you have a snow blower for the driveway?
Diane Sue, good job on the workouts! Is rebounding ok to do at this point? I am sure you cleared with your doctor. Slip collars are dangerous....they "slip" off and on too easily. We use them when showing in agility so we can get the collar off and on quickly when entering and leaving the ring....that is why they are not good for walking a dog, especially one that is pulling etc.
Lori, that is great that you and Bob took the day off together.
. Did you ask your trainer about using a prong/pinch collar, just for walking on leash? Not for any other reason. We sometimes have to use these in classes, when a dog pulls the owner and won't walk well on leash. They don't choke the dog, like what you mentioned, but do a small squeeze when they pull. It usually works and then they start to walk without pulling. Eventually you can move back to a regular collar with the leash. We show the owners how to properly use them, and make sure they remove them when the dog is not on a walk. Valerie, mentions also below. We have had one of the mildest winters here as well.
Maybe a workout, and then class this morning with Kylee...
Take care,
