Good morning & Happy New Year!
Today I did RWHIIT Chest, Shoulders & Triceps ( Time save with no Finishers).
Kylee's urine sample showed "rods" which are a type of bacteria...the "very concerning" type according to our vet. He is sending the sample out for a culture, and in the meantime, starting her on another antibiotic. Good news was that there were no crystals in her urine. Not sure why she had rods, but no crystals. Anyway, after the 21 days on the med, they want us to bring her in for a "sterile" sample, where they draw it out of the bladder, no chance for any foreign particles etc. to be in there. He also said he wants to make sure that we treat the infection/kidney issue before the "dribbling" one, which he thinks is a muscle control of the bladder issue. There is a med for that, but he doesn't want to mask any of the other signs with starting her on that med. Keeping our fingers crossed that the culture results are not so bad.
Sorry for the long post.
Lynda, we are having the same weather today, so cold and the winds are horrible. It makes you not want to go anywhere outside. I feel for your DH and having to tend the animals in this weather. As for a resolution, I really want to seriously work on my weight and cholesterol.
Lori, building closets? how does that work? You are very industrious when it comes to getting things done around the house! My list of projects keeps growing, but most are for after retirement. I may find that working was easier! LOL.
Valerie, we have X=Country skis, but it's been years since we had them out. It's so cold, I hate even the thought of it. I kind of agree with your DH, schedule the next mammo after January 1st to avoid any holiday delays if there has to be a follow up done.
Dinner at my brother's tonight....I hate to even think about going out..
