so glad you're feeling better Lori. so funny about The Interview movie. all the controversy will make this into a big money maker, while without the North Korean intervention it would have gotten very little attention. so strange how the opposite of intention can take over.
I have been having difficulties with contacts the last year or so, for the same reasons. I still wear them most days and use reader glasses for close work when I have them in. it's happening more and more. I hate glasses for active sports with the slipping, rubbing, fogging up. How do you deal with glasses in your workouts?
we had a quiet day and went to some close by parks for birdwatching and hiking. got in 3 miles of hilly walking in several waterfront parks. it was quiet and pleasant, mild temps. next week will be very cold for us so will probably road ride today... the last time for a while. DH got me some cool weather tights for riding but I haven't tried them on yet. the legs look awfully skinny without ankle zips and might not work.
Deb, have a pleasant quiet day at work. I agree with Lori, you have found a system that works... strong work on this rotation. Are you nearing the end of the special diet? I'm wondering how that worked for you.
since no one else posted, I'll add on and say I did Lower body blast and core 1. I tried to find a workout without pushups or plank work and this fit the bill. I haven't done a cathe lower body workout in a long time so I was kind of soft on reps and weight, using 5's for most of it and not minding if I missed 2or 3 of 16 reps.... but I did the whole thing including floor work. will see how the morning feels.
I just got a recall for a followup mammogram. It's happened before but I don't feel good about this one. my mother had breast ca although not a "bad" one. my younger sister had one that required followup a few months ago. still I won't sleep decently until this is over .
we just finished the Tv series Fargo. Very enjoyable, I recommend it.
