Good morning,

No workout yesterday, I didn't even get to PT exercises. Before I knew it, the day had ended....

Judy, sorry, I don't know why I somehow read "outdoors" for the ride you did. Chris is a kindred spirit of mine. I could eat pasta everyday too! Good that he has seen some positive results from changing his eating habits.

Valerie, we went to look at a refrigerator, and found that all the counter-depth ones are at least 70 inches tall. We only have 69 inches. I called the place that did our kitchen ( 20 years ago) and asked them if there was a way they could do something with the cabinets over the refrigerator to extend it about an inch. They had me send pictures of what it looks like and will be coming back with a recommendation, hopefully that they can do something with it. He is thinking of raising the cabinet a couple of inches. See pic below. We are looking at the French door type too, have had side-by-sides for over 50 years now. I am so tired of that narrow freezer. Now you are making me think twice, if things are hard to find in the freezer. We have that now, but I have solved it a bit by putting all "like" things in large freezer bags that make it easier to remove a bunch of stuff all at one time, when searching for something. I guess I could do the same thing with the bottom freezer drawer. I like that hoodie too, would be great for walking the dogs in the winter.

Carolyn, that pie looks delicious. I have never had one with a streusel topping. It took us 2 days to put the house back together. We did it a little at a time. Good that you had a place to send the cake to. :)

Diane Sue, I'm with you on the dryer. We got one recently, and it has too many selections on type of clothes, heat, timed dry vs an already set program etc. I just wanted the high capacity, all the other stuff is too confusing. Great that the roof seems to be fixed. I guess like you said, the high wind and rain will be the real test. My Mom used to do the same thing when she was baking pies, save a little dough and make little cinnamon/sugar crust pieces for me.

Hi to Lori,

We are going to take Ike on a ride to the dog club, where there is some Canine Good Citizen testing going on today. Not that he is ready to be tested...LOL....just for the ride experience and some socialization with other people, dogs etc.

Take care,

Deb we have identical set up in WA but more space above. Do you use the little cabinets? Maybe cut them down in size, if the builder can do it. I keep a few things there, things I almost never use.
We also have a large island, door swing can't be bigger than a side by side. The narrow refrigerator space gets aggravating... I can’t even get pizza in there. so it’s a trade off . I love the French door's wide refrigerator space . Much much easier to find things without shuffling containers around. Loads of space in door containers.
I label things before in freezer. I pitch bulky packaging & use freezer bags. I store similar things together, like veggies and small stuff , in the roll out tray.
Overall I like the French door much better. You don’t have to be so organized in the fridge but more organization needed in freezer. fridge space wins!

I hear you on the dryer! keep the manual close by . Mine has two preset cycles that can be adjusted , so once I had them set right, it got easy .

I have worn the hoodie hundreds of times. I wear it for hiking and riding, both road and mountain. the hood fits very well, material is not bulky. putting sunglasses on and a helmet over both, it still keeps my ears warm without irritation. most other head gear is bulky. helmet /sunglasses cause friction/ irritation on and behind ears.
I use it most in cool seasons. the newer one I got half price at end of season, and fit on that one is even better. it is comfortable soft warm material. no itch! trim fitting so usually wear a layer over, and sized up so its not too tight. It seemed like a lot of money to spend on a base layer ($119) but it was absolutely worth it to us because we both wear it all the time.
my theory of garment economics... .. if I buy something for $30 and wear it 3 times, it costs $10 a wearing. If I buy something for $119 but wear it 500 times, it is 23 cents a wearing. a better deal. can you tell I had trouble spending this much for a hooded undershirt?

Deb-That's ok. I should be doing more outdoor rides, I really miss them. We have a similar set up with our refrigerator and had the same problem when we replaced it a couple of years ago. The height was 68.5 inches and it was almost impossible to find one that would fit. We did finally find one at Best Buy.

Today I warmed up with WS3 One Mile of Motivation for 15 minutes I followed that with yoga. I did Element Yoga with Alanna Zabel, the strength and flexibility flow for 23 minutes. My desktop computer has died. Yesterday I couldn’t get it to come on at all after trying everything I could think of with no luck. It’s 9 years old so I can’t really complain, but I wasn’t planning on replacing it yet. I just finished ordering a new one from Dell. This will be the third desktop plus one laptop that I have ordered from them over the last 17 years.

Deb, your refrigerator location looks exactly like what we had in our previous home. I just checked the measurements on my current refrigerator and cabinet height to make sure that it will fit a new model. We have a side by side, but have been considering a French door. There are other things that need to be done in the kitchen first.

Diane Sue, it was smart to get a new dryer instead of spending a lot of money on the old one. I agree with Valerie, things aren’t meant to last long these days.

Hello to Lori, Valerie, and Judy.

Today is my rest day. I did 15 minutes of Coffey Fit Raw stretch this morning since that is all of the time that I had. I really do need more than that.

Deb, when we got our side by side we needed counter depth. It barely fits under the upper cabinet and that is only because the people who had lived here before had cut out around the top of the refrigerator. My husband thought they could have done a better job, but with it in, I don't notice. There is a cupboard above. It was just cutting out almost up to the bottom of the cupboard doors. No way could we go wider as the refrigerator is right up against the counter where the oven is. I won't use the self cleaning on the oven because the cabinet gets so hot and it is touching the refrigerator. Such a poor design if you ask me. I hear you on the width of the freezer. I could not get my pie crusts in the freezer side of either refrigerator once I put them in containers. I put one in turning it sideways and then decided to plug the freezer back in in the garage since it is colder outside. We still need to get that gasket fixed professionally on it. Just too many projects to take care of. I have certain shelves I use for different things in the side by side, so I know where to look for things. The dryer that quit was Kenmore Elite 3 with steam care settings. It had so many settings and touch up etc.. I use normal, casual, and towels. That is it. So, 3 heat settings is just fine for me. We had purchased the set in blue together when we moved into one of our homes. The washer was a real lemon. They had to replace the drum, and some seal around the front while it was still under it's warranty. It would have cost me 1000 dollars to fix!! Then something else went out right after warranty and I had to pay for it. I went ahead at the time and bought a two year extended and then didn't ever need it. It quit at 5 years old and we bought a Maytag white. Now my washer and dryer will match :)
I will be curious what they can do with the width of your refrigerator if you were to get a french door one, as far as the cabinets.

Valerie, I keep all of my manuals on a shelf in cabinets next to the washer and dryer. I also download the manuals to my files so I can pull them up when needed. It makes it handy when I need to purchase parts or figure out something. At least every time I go through my manuals looking for something, I clean out the ones that I no longer have the appliances or tools for.

Judy, Best Buy is where we found the refrigerator that we have now.

Carolyn, we have got rid of all of the computers that do not work, knowing that they are old enough it would not be worth repairing them. We do have an all in one that I checked and works that is probably 6 years old now, but we are not using. I just took my husbands old laptop that we had given to our grandson after purchasing a new battery and plug for it. He gave it back and I am replacing my Windows 7 laptop that the monitor wants to fall backwards on and if I close it it splits the side of the keyboard. It works though. I use it upstairs for workouts and sometimes posting. Saves dragging my laptop from downstairs with me. I really do wish they made things to last like they used to. They don't even expect cars to last that long anymore and cost is terrible. My daughter just bought a new Cadillac SUV saying it was a better price than the Jeep and Explorer that they were looking at. She has had an Explorer for years and was hoping to get at least one of their children through all of their college and the second daughter's wedding funds put away before replacing, but the transmission was going out on it.

Good evening ladies,

We are back in the cold. Brrrrr. Got home about 9pm Friday. Saturday I did a LEKfit bounce...needed to get some bounces in. Everyone was sick! Nasty colds. So far it seems to have passed me. Bounced again today with SanFran’s 50 min bounce. Used ankle weights and hand weights and it felt great. I swear I can feel the toxins leaving my body!!!! Lol!!!

Carolyn...it is probably the same vitamix model! It still worked like it was brand new. They bought it years ago while attending some kind for food show. They were in awe of it. Sounds like they used it for a while then stopped and then it became the margarita blender. :p They too completely forgot all the things they can make with it. I was happy I could have celery juice everyday. Thanks for the link for your pie. I was able to get to it. Yours and Diane Sue’s both look great. I love pumpkin pie so I always welcome recipes. As much as I love getting a new computer or laptop - I dislike setting everything to work to my liking. 9 years is a good life for one.

Deb...I ate too much all week! I tried to be good, but it was so hard, especially being in someone else’s home and the socializing. We just bought a new refrigerator and it is huge. So much taller and wider than the previous. We do not have cabinets on top so the height was not an issue. Hoping you can get this resolved before you NEED to purchase another. We also bought ours at Best Buy.

Diane Sue...Nice weight workout on Friday. Your pumpkin pie recipe sounds delicious! Thanks for the recipe. Oh no!! Dryer malfunction and facet!! We have a few things that need repairing her. Seems like there is always something. I did a few of Kelly’s workouts last week. I liked the Tubing Works. I thought it was a really great band workout and will do it again even not traveling.

Judy...I love how efficient the Fit Split weight workouts are. These are my favorite of Cathe’s weights other than her Live Fit Tower workouts. Hoping the storm misses you.

Valerie...I like how you price things out. The blender we purchased was pricey but it has a 10 year warranty. Can’t beat that on a blender! I would love to have an island in oir kitchen we just do not have the space. The butcher block prep table I built fills the need and is working out nicely for us.

Have a good night all. Not looking forward to the early alarm clock tomorrow. Unlikely, I will get a workout in in the morning. But .... I can always bounce at lunch!!!!! :)

Good morning,

No exercises yesterday. I need to get back to a normal schedule. Having Thanksgiving, and John home for 5 days threw me off my schedule.

Valerie, yes, we use the cabinets above the refrigerator a lot! As for the width, the salesperson told us we are ok, as most of the refrigerators are 30 inches wide, and we have that. I do something like what you do regarding the freezer space. I label everything, then put all "like" items in a very large freezer bag, eg " poultry", " beef" etc. These bags are a life saver when it comes to finding something in the side by side freezer. I am hoping they would work just as well in the French door version.

Judy, what did you end up buying that fit in your space? It will probably be a while now before you can do an outdoor ride. :(

Carolyn, that's not great about your computer, but it is probably time to upgrade. Have you had any with the new system eg Windows 10? Most, if not all come with this now. I opted to stay with Windows 8.1 on my desktop when they were basically forcing everyone to switch over.

Diane Sue, Mercola has a 20% off site wide sale today with free shipping. You sure have had more than your share of mechanical things that are problems! That is the one big drawback to the side-by-side freezer..the width is so limiting to what you can put in there. For example, we do 2 turkeys for Thanksgiving, and if we did not have an upright freezer in the basement, we would not be able to purchase them early on, and freeze them. The width of the new refrigerator is not an issue, at least, that is what the saleswoman told us...:)

Lori, welcome back to the "deep freeze"...LOL...although it really has not been as cold as we know it will be in about a month. That;s great that you got your in-laws to start using the Vitamix again. Happy Lunch Bouncing today!

Take care,

Judy we have that same fridge in WA. Space only fits a side by side . we came home from a several day trip to a warm freezer and melt water on the floor but fridge side still cold. We ran out and bought it in pinch and had it delivered the next day. not many fit in this spot, so decisions are easy. It’s as deep as counter top but the overhead cabinets are set further back. I use top of fridge, as it's mostly forward of upper cabinets. I need a small ladder to get to uppers and they are small and not real useful..
Deb you are so right. Can't get even begin to get a turkey in that freezer. even a pie crust is a challenge. We have a garage freezer for big things. also an old fridge out there ... REALLY old. Keeps on running. it has to be 30 yo. its handy to have and stores extra vegies and beverages.
We rode the trail yesterday 15 miles. It was mid 40’s and cold to start with. Took an hour twenty min. Wet today so indoor workout for sure. My newer hoodie had a pony tail slot! I was wearing the older one, and recently started cycling in the newer one. never noticed the slot on back of hood for a tail until I hung it up yesterday.

This morning I did Low Impact Circuit, omitting most of the Abs segment. My time was 67 minutes with 390 calories burned. Average heart rate was 124 and maximum heart rate was 164.

Deb, it’s hard to get back to a workout schedule when your daily routine is different. I have had the same happen to me. Maybe this week will be better. I have Windows 10 on the old computer. I upgraded when they were urging everyone to do so. My only issue was getting my HP printer to work, but that was resolved once I got the updated printer drivers.

Lori, welcome back. You jumped right in with your workouts after getting in Friday night. I hate the hassle of setting up a new computer, but I will do it once it arrives. My husband has a laptop that I can use if I need it, but I have the iPad.

Hello to Diane Sue, Valerie, and Judy.

I took time out before my workout to clean out the cabinet where the washer and dryer is so when they deliver the new dryer in the morning it is all ready to go. I am not sure how getting a workout in in the morning will be as they are delivering the dryer anywhere from 9-12. Actually one of the things said 7 am:rolleyes:
This morning I did Kelly Coffey Kettlebell Kickbox Fusion, 26 minutes, 166 calories, met 5.8, 1,893 steps, heart rate average 134, max 165. I then did Build and Burn Lower Body Tabata, 27 minutes, met 4.7, 140 calories, heart rate 118 average, 157 max, 1,153 steps. I finished off with Cathe's Fit Tower Advanced Legs, GLutes, and core skipping the warm up and core, 28 minutes , met 3.5, 95 calories, 82 steps. I wore 2# ankle weights whild doing this. Total time was 81 minutes, 401 calories burned. I keep having issues with my neck and shoulders. Crackling when I turn my head and so much pain. This comes and goes and is quite upsetting. I think maybe my running out of my prescription arthritis med, my magnesium and calcium supplement and cutting back on some things may not have been a great idea. I still have not refilled the prescription. I was contemplating not taking it anymore. I had cut down to 1 pill instead of 2 a day so I was not so wiped out during the day, then tried to spread the rest of the bottle out. I did try to order the day before Thanksgiving and they were closed. I have them mail them because I do not want to drive to the next city to pick them up. Not that far, but still not close to my house. Probably the pie and sweets did not help the inflammation. 3 days straight of trying to get the pain to go away I did no overhead presses and upright rows with the kettlebell on that workout. I just did swings.

Lori, I bet it felt good to bounce today :) We got practice on the faucet at our church Saturday. Maybe when my parts come from Delta it will be a breeze this time. The ones I got at Home Depot did not work and the water started coming out from under the handle instead of just dripping from the faucet. I liked the Tubing Works workout. I contemplated it this morning, but was looking for something that did not include upper body for today. Fit Split is an efficient workout series. It has grown on me some. I tend to look to those when I am limited on time and want to get a decent workout in.

Deb, it seems there is so much going on right now that getting back into some sort of routine is not easy. I will be at my church at 8 Friday helping gift wrap for the school store fundraiser. I am not sure that a workout will be possible then. Tomorrow is the same way. I guess I will see. I really don't want to have to fix anything else. I am tired of fixing things and figuring out what is wrong with stuff. I will have to go look at Mercola's site.

Valerie, I have a small ladder I have to use for the cupboard over the refrigerator too. I just keep a take along glass pan and some things like a gravy boat and holiday dishes up there so I do not get up there often. That is my time to clean the top of the refrigerator and cabinet when I do climb up there.

Carolyn, setting up a new device is always time consuming. It is nice though when it isn't full of junk and clutter though ;) I am trying to put a few of my main things that I use on my husbands old laptop for upstairs. Cathe, Kelly, and Facebook are all I have on there at the moment.

Good morning,

PT exercises yesterday. I go to my PT appointment tomorrow. Taking another urine sample to the vet today, with Ike when he gets his Lepto booster shot. I think the UTI is back. :(

Judy, except for the color, ( and brand) that is what we have now.

Valerie, isn't it amazing how the old appliances keep chugging along? I want to get our refrigerator replaced before we have what you had happen. How cool that is that your hoodie has a pony tail slot? :)

Carolyn, good that you already have had experience with Windows 10. It was a real change going from 7 to 8 with the way they changed the desktop etc. I always opt to keep the "original" looking desktop anyway. I never like the tile style.

Diane Sue, I hope you are feeling better today. I hope you are able to get the med refill to get some relief.

Hi to Lori,

Take care,

Hi Everyone,

Sunday I did Cycle Sweat and yesterday I did Jari Love-Get Ripped and Jacked. This is a newer one of hers. There is no cardio in this one, it's all slow weight lifting, using lighter weights and higher reps. There is also a new instructor in this one, Jari only leads the warm up. I really liked the music in this one, it was similar to the music that Cathe used in the Hard Core series. The only negative was no stretch or cool down at the end. I thought that was odd, but overall I'm still happy with the workout.

Deb-I hope Ike doesn't have another UTI :( We are doing pretty well with Windows 10. I use an add on program, "Start 10". It lets you have a menu that is similar to Windows 7:
https://www.stardock.com/products/start10/

Valerie-We have been very happy with this fridge so far. It replaced one that was probably 25 years old, so it was an upgrade for us. The freezer space is tight. That's the only downside with this one.

Diane Sue-Great job with the Build & Burn workouts! I like doing those 2 together too. Nice that you added the Fit Tower workout also. I'm sorry about your neck and shoulder pain. I hope you feel better soon.

Carolyn-9 years is a good long time for a computer. We just upgraded mine in September and Chris's is about 4 years old. Chris builds computers so we just upgrade components as needed. I still have my old computer from 2001 in the basement. It came with Windows ME, which was a disaster, so I eventually installed Linux on it and ran it for many years that way. It's amazing how much computer technology has evolved in the last 20 years.

Lori-The storm did miss us, but we still had a 6 hour long power outage yesterday. It was windy and there were some power lines down a couple of blocks over. It is so cold here too. I love how efficient the Fit Split weight workouts are too!

Have a great day!

Judy

I signed up for a 30 day free trial of Les Mills on demand last night. My dryer came extra early this morning so I am getting a late start and just set up the Roku app with it's code :) I will check back in awhile. This dryer has a larger opening, not round like the other. I am going to have to hold the door open to put the clothes in otherwise it hits the door frame to our laundry closet. I cannot mover the washer over any further as then I would have to hold the washer top open to put clothes in as it hits the cabinets above. Can't win. I would rather hold the dryer door open.

Today I did Cardio Leg Blast for 63 minutes and 341 calories burned. My average heart rate was 120 and maximum heart rate was 153. I kept the cardio moves low impact.

Diane Sue, great job with Kettlebell Kickbox Fusion, Lower Body Tabata, and Fit Tower Legs and Glutes. You accomplished a lot yesterday. I’m glad that the new dryer has arrived.

Judy, I’m glad that you are doing okay in this awful winter weather. I was thinking of you. Good job getting your workouts done. The Jari Love sounds like a good workout. She never has enough of a cool down and stretch for my needs.

Hello to Deb, Valerie, and Lori. Have a wonderful day everyone.

Didn’t plan well yesterday, had to shorten workout to 30 min of rockem sock em but did a lot of walking with multistop grocery shopping. not a lazy day.
Some old appliances just keep on running! no fancy electronics to fail. Our old fridge had ice maker issues, breaking plastic, rust on the door. otherwise runs fine.
My old washer/dryer should have died years ago. I can’t get motivated to replace them if they work ok. The fridge was an exception. we noticed we had to change the temp settings and it died just before we got home. we could salvage most of the food. (lost ice cream) glad we had back up frige/freezer to move everything to, and also lucky to get next day delivery.

Deb you can buy a bottle of urine test strips online for about $10 if UTI is an ongoing problem. You still need the vet to verify and give you antibiotics. strips are not hard to use. it would tell you if Ike has an infection or not.
they are little paper squares on a plastic strip. they change color when dipped in urine.... or you can hold the strip under the urine stream. whatever works with a squirming puppy!! you wait a specified amount of time and then compare colors to a chart on the bottle to see if there is anything abnormal. you won't need all the test results but need to compare the right squares on the strip to the color chart on the bottle.

Judy lucky you missed most of the storm. Power outs are unpleasant but you don’t have to shovel snow.

DH is still running a computer with win 7. his photo program won't work with 10 or else he would have changed before. it is still lurching along. he doesn't want to buy a new version of photoshop I think.

diane sue does the dryer have a right/ left side hinge on the door? we had to switch the hinge from one side to the other. If that helps, it was not hard to do. we could have switched the washer/ dryer positions, but much easier to change the dryer door hinge. always something, isn't it?

I'm trying to remember who recommended the cathe yoga disk. DH finally got it out yesterday and tried it. I got it for his birthday earlier this month. it is very nice. thank you. Carolyn, I'm sure you were one. thank you to any one else too. I only saw a small part of it, but he liked it. typical for cathe ... well paced, clear, calm, direct. this is just perfect.
the other instructor we tried was too chirpy, fast, and overall annoying, doing things without saying what she was doing, so when you looked up from the pose.... you realized she had moved on.

Deb, I am so sorry that Ike is still having problems. I am feeling better, but have not got the medicine yet. I upped a couple of supplements that I take partial doses of like Cats Claw which is supposed to help arthritis pain.

Judy, that Jari Love workout sounds like a pretty good one. I never did think that her stretches were much anyway. That is interesting that she did not do all of the leading. That is nice that you are able to upgrade your computers on your own. My main laptop is 5 years old and a Windows 8. I keep hoping it stays running well for quite a bit longer.

Carolyn, nice job on Cardio leg blast and keeping it low impact today.

Valerie, my husband was the same way when he finally had to purchase a new computer. He has purchased multiple programs that just do not work like what he had on his Windows 7 laptop. I have heard plenty of grumbling about it. My dryer door opens downward and has kind of a spring to it so if I open it part way, I have to hold it open or it snaps back up. So I will just have to pull the clothes out into a basket or something while holding it open. Funny, as it advertises being able to just fold the clothes right on the door. Otherwise there is no problem with it. When my washer and dryer was first put in I kept battling opening the washing machine and holding it with my head while pulling clothes out of the hamper to put them in and to take them out and put in the dryer. I finally measured and moved it myself so I could open the top without holding it up. The other dryer barely missed the hitting the doorway opening. We have a lot of poorly thought out design on our home. Hot water heater is in the coat closet and they left the coat rack there. Otherwise there is a coat closet at the top of the stairs.

Good morning,

Only PT exercises yesterday, and today I go to the actual PT session. Ike's UTI is back and he is back on the antibiotics. I hope it clears it up this time. The vet was surprised that it came back. I am taking another sample in Saturday to see if it is working or not. I don't understand what this will tell. It worked last time, until he was off for about a week, then it came back.

Judy, good job on those workouts. I sometimes wonder why an instructor would decide to leave out a warm up or cool down. I understand why people would want to have the same Start Menu. The only objection I had to Windows 8 or 10 was the use of the tiles on the desktop. I am one of those people that likes to save a lot of stuff on my desktop for ease in finding it. The good thing is Windows 8 lets you switch back to the original Windows desktop and avoid the tile one.

Valerie, I agree with not replacing a washer or dryer in advance, if the ones you have are working. A dryer dying, is not such a big deal, not like a refrigerator, especially when the kitchen has to be modified to fit in one that we want. I used the urine test strips all the time with Keegan, but all they told me was the PH number. It was like you described, you match the strip to a colored block on the box which tells the PH level. I didn;t know there were ones that actually told whether there was an infection. Which Cathe yoga DVD did you get for your DH? The Relax one or the Max one?

Diane Sue, I hope your pain is subsiding. What kind of workouts are in the 30 day free trial of Les Mills? Our new dryer has a door like an oven door, but they never mentioned being able to fold clothes on it.

Hi to Lori & Carolyn,

Take care,

Deb, there are many workout choices on Less Mills trial. I looked them over last time. You go to categories and click all on each and it will pull up ones in that caregory. There is Body flow yoga based, Sprint cycle hiit, Body attack which is high energy fitness that I think includes non weight strength like push ups and squats along with running and jumping, RPM cycling, Grit which is 30 minute hiit as in strength or cardio, Body pump barbell high rep, less Mills dance, barre ballet training, Body step basic step full body, Sh' bam dance.
Poor Ike, I hope they can come up we it a solutiin.

Deb I got him yoga relax. He is really “tight” ... I will try to do it with him. The first thing to get is a decent instructor you can listen to. After I got him the dvd it disappeared into his office somewhere so I have not viewed most of it. Only saw a few minutes when he used it Monday. My bottle of urine test strips disappeared also. He put them “somewhere” known only to him.

UTI’s are harder to treat now because bacteria have developed resistance to common antibiotics. he might need a different drug, or a longer course. this same thing has happened in people and also animals. The test strips are available with single tests and up to 10 tests. When I find our bottle of strips, I will get back.

Several things positive indicate an infection. leucocyte esterase. nitrites, protein, blood, an alkaline ph. If any of those show up positive there is a good chance he has a UTI. when you read the strip, make sure you line up the right squares to the right test. you should check him after he is treated too, so you can see what it looks like when he is having normal results. I don't know what is normal ph for dogs. Poor little guy! I can say it is not a pleasant experience. make sure you give him the full course of antibiotics. this is only a tool to see if there might be something going on. I would think the vet would do a microscopic exam of the urine too, but I'm not sure what is standard practice in veterinary medicine. a microscopic exam will show bacteria, white cells and red cells if they are present.

My old dryer has a door that opens top to bottom. seems like the best choice since no conflict with anything to right or left. when I was looking for our new house, I remember most opening to right or left. it was pretty simple to change the door.
