Hi everyone--
This morning I did everything but the final stretch on SB's BarreAmped Bootcamp--a little over 60 min. Still surprised at how tough those downward dogs to upward dogs are, especially with the rest of that core workout.
WARNING: IF YOU PLAN ON WATCHING FIVE DAYS, DON'T READ THE NEXT PARAGRAPH.
Deb, that sounds awful for Keegan. Wonder what's going on and hope it's nothing serious. On Five Days what is so sad is that the mom, Leanne, just got into a minor scuffle with the flower seller from Macedonia and was pushed for being uppity and hits her head, falling unconscious. Everything escalated when the son of the woman at the nursing home panicked and decided to take her, worried about his cigarette smuggling business. Then she tells him about the kids, after he dumps her at her grandfather's trailer; he goes and finds the kids, gets bit by the dog and leaves the boy and dog in that storage shed, tries to call the real brains behind the smuggling business, who turns out too be the husband's 'good' friend from army days. Since he can't reach him, he really doesn't know what to do, so he takes the little girl to the trailer with her mom, gives her something to make her sleepy. Then, the soldier friend, because the whole thing has escalated beyond all expectations, tells him to dump the mother's body, even though she is still alive but apparently going in and out of consciousness. I was suspicious of the soldier friend, because he doesn't stay with his friend on his birthday in an earlier episode because he doesn't want to deal with the whole family and bows out because he says it's a family thing. The little girl just keeps saying that her mom is sleeping, but for some strange reason the idiot detectives don't really pursue questioning her about why she thinks her mom is sleeping. Everyone is implicated in one way or another in the mess. I don't understand why you can't get closed caption. I do it on all of my Prime videos on TV. I don't think it's the device you use, but part of the options menu on the videos. It is especially helpful on British or Australian series where the accents are hard to decipher.
Lori, DH applies those ampules to Max's neck on a regular basis. His neck is always a little greasy for awhile, but I think the vet just recommended it as a habitual preventative and much more effective than flea collars. That sounds like a really fun day with your son's girlfriend. And lucky you on the wine!
Welcome back, Valerie!
Hi to Judy and Josie!
