Cathlete
Hi everyone--
This morning I did RS with 1 lb gloves (47:50). I think this counts as a core workout too. Or, at least I feel a lot of the moves in my middle.
Judy, yes, smoking sections on planes is a ridiculous idea because everyone is breathing recycled air. It's really been a gradual process of elimination. After that stopped, they confined smoking in plane terminals to bars, then prohibited smoking completely. I guess what has always surprised me a bit is seeing hospital workers on break smoking outside. I think I will try that MM triceps tomorrow as an add-on to CUB (I think it's on there).
Deb, if you are hooked on The Guardian, how many seasons do you have to watch? I'm not sure, but I think he was in another series after that one which was on for a really long time. I think it's probably good that both DA and TGW are in their final seasons. I will miss them, but I think they have run their course.
Diane Sue, another thank you to your husband for his service. One of my sisters lived in Bartlesville for 40 years. Where are you in Oklahoma?
Valerie, I am too lazy to bother with tracking and monitoring anything--probably why I just seem to stay about at the same level of fitness. I guess I am a lazy Cathlete, or is that an oxymoron?
Lori, I agree with Deb, your workmates are very lucky to have a fitness guru all of their own.
