I remember many versions of Morning glory muffins. this latest one was in the newspaper a couple weeks ago. I know they had grated carrot and apple ... and the coconut oil. my oil is so rock solid I need a sturdy knife to scrape it out of the bucket. I don't like to "cook" in the micro. heat and reheat, yes. and not in plastic containers.
No question some dog breeds are easy and some are pretty tough.
aunt's dog was a golden lab and was very well trained. all went to crap in a few months of letting him get away with anything. he was trained to walk on a lead, sit, stay, come. we felt bad when he got hit by a car but it was a busy road and he ran away from her right into oncoming traffic. he lived but the surgical fix was expensive.
Carolyn, my shoulder was referred to as "impingement". I think by "hiking it up" I kept something out of alignment. when I learned to relax and keep it in line, it settled down. my opinion only. it took almost a year. I haven't had any more issues but am more careful.
we did log rolling and log splitting today. upper body for sure. about 2 hours of medium level stuff.
