Good morning,
Agility class last night, no workout this morning. I am changing a bit, and instead of the Wednesday night class, I am going to the Friday night one. This will let me start doing a workout on Thursday mornings (hopefully). Kylee is not as advanced as the dogs on Wednesday night, so it is a little frustrating for her and me. Friday is more for beginner dogs.
Lynda, I hear you on the extra equipment. I was thinking of going through all my weights ( I think I have 3 sets of BB and DB all together, and maybe giving one of the old sets to my cousin's son who sometimes shows an interest in working out at home. 2 of the sets are the older type, one with the plates that you have to use an allen wrench to tighten the plates etc. The other one has screw on plates, then my Troy one, which I love and would not give away. There are a bunch of people on the Open forum ( and now I read that Lori is interested too!) that want the Tower and apparently they are not making them any more. Not sure how bad shipping would be.. I requested that book from the library, thanks for info on it.
Lori, You really lucked out with the snow....All of our offices on the east coast closed early Tuesday...including Boston. Yes, the PlateMates are very expensive...I used them a lot though so I felt it was easier and cheaper than buying more DB's. I think I like KCM's Trim Down better, but both have their own purpose.
Hi to Josie, Judy, & Valerie,
Work, then home to get warm!
