Good morning,
I just finished X-Train Bi's & Tri's. Good workout. So we are over the Wednesday hump, what is Thursday called? No snow here, in the so called "snow belt of the Northeast"...
Valerie, when I put my food in MFP, it is always what it is dry...so 1/2 cup of oatmeal is what you are making, ( doesn't matter that it ends up being a cup when cooked), you enter the 1/3 cup. Here is what I made as a "meal" that I repeat often:
Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com
Garance, I felt the same for Edith in DA...maybe Lady Violet was right! Let him go! Sending good vibes for Max and his x-rays today..
Josie, good for you on the retirement decision! I want to, as well, but something is holding me back...it's such a big decision...plus I have 2 years before I will be able to collect Social security, ( if we even can get it at 62 in the future)...so that is a concern.
Lori, sometimes you just have to kick back and relax with a glass of wine ( or in my case a cup of hot chocolate!)
Off for coffee, and to get ready for another day of fun!
