diane sue that was my take on it too. movement is good but not too much ,especially fast and with weights. the supermans feel wrong and even before my surgery i didnt like them. i do more stretches now and when using weights i do mostly moves where my back is supported. i need to respect the network of metal rods in there now. i do up and down with cat/cow but the sideways i am careful with.
another dust up with my sister. when the power has gone out, sometimes electronics need a reset. this is standard for electronics! unplug for 5 min, replug and let it reset. she has a phone and a new oven not working right. you would think I asked her to walk across Death Valley barefoot. I am so ready to totally block her and never speak to her again. Her landline phone is not old, maybe 2 yrs. . she just went thru problems because of a power out. she led me to believe she had done this unplug procedure but she lied. she switched handsets! not the same thing. what she wants is a new phone.... that she wont know how to use so it's my problem to figure out for her.
now she says she cant reach the wall plug because its too hard to get to, behind furniture, boxes, blah blah blah. if i got her a new phone it would need to plug into the same spot, but somehow that's ok. its ok if i shop for, pay for and send her a new phone that she wont be able to set up herself anyway, just so she doesnt have to unplug her current one. makes perfect sense to me. I have offered to buy a plug bar but she doesnt want one. no clue why.
Even when I help, she is obstinate and fights every part of the solution. her new stove probably has the same problem. getting her to flip the breaker on and off is "too much" for her to do. DH and I have "fixed" our oven multiple times. when the power is interrupted or flickers, this can happen.
just venting. raining today, so inside workout.
