Today I did LITE Cardio Party, 40 minutes, 267 calories, heart rate 139/161, 3,857 steps. I finished with CDorner Mobility she did today and skipped the meditation part, 26 minutes, 55 calories. Total Time 66 minutes, 317 calories. Cardio has always been a cardio workout with the blend of hi/lo and boxing. I used to do it a lot. I preordered the LMR 2 workouts Sunday.
Valerie, I hope the appointment went well today. I am glad things have worked out with your cat and you and your husband are enjoying him now. There is always adjustments with new pets. Harvey is amazing. We got the new large metal crate, I stuffed all of his bedding in it and we helped him in once and now all we have to do is say go to bed and he gets in on his own. I am guessing someone else had crate trained him. Although he put up a fight when we tied to put him in Gerties old crate that has closed in walls. He goes to the doggy door when he needs out, but still wants us to give it a little push before he goes through it. The only things we need work on is exercise and stimulation with toys and stuff. He is definitely a chewer and goes from one toy to another. Oh, and getting him to walk on the leash well. he wants to go around us and between our legs and cling to us rather than go forward. We got a short leash to help keep him at our side for now. He is a cuddler. It all makes me wonder at his background. He whines when one of us is out of the room. Not at night though thank goodness.
Carolyn, I am glad you were safe. When we had the storm and hail the other day I had candles and a lighter set out, shoes on just in case. At the moment I do not remember where our backpack with stuff in it just in case a tornado hits. I never go down in the shelter. It is under my car. It is worrisome when I am here alone. Nice job on STS 2 Giant Sets Total Body timesaver #2 today.
