Guten Tag, Peeps!

Am I the only one out here in Peepdom today???

No workout for me this morning. I got up and was just too tired. I'm going to try and do something light this evening after Houdini goes to bed. Eating has been good--Kashi Go Lean with dried cranberries, red leaf lettuce with roasted pears, dried figs, walnuts, a bit of blue cheese, olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing, Greek yogurt with Greek honey. So far so good!!

Yesterday I did take Houdini to a Scandinavian import store yesterday for some shopping. We got some tasty gingersnaps and I took pictures of her tearing the store apart...I'll post some new photo albums tonight (Thanksgiving and Swedish shopping.)

Hi Wendy-Peep! I'm here! I thought I was just missing the Peeps thread! So unlike it not to be 2 pages long by now... apparently the long weekend has everyone buried today! I'm usually the LAST to post!

I am really excited about doing a new December rotation. I saw Cathe's but don't have many (ok, only 2 that I could see at a glimps and gave up) of the DVD's so I will try to do weeks 2 and 4 of FitnessFreaks December one and see how that goes... I don't have the 4DS series, but do have the 3 major components of the GS series!

I got on the scale yesterday morning and have managed to gain only 1 lb. during the pig-o-rama over the past 4 days! I was pretty pleased, however, now if I could only get over the bloat and other unpleasent side effects of the food hangover I have I'll be doing good... doing my workout tonite will be a good start!

Good afternoon, Peeps!!

I went to a spin class today, and I really enjoyed it, I was thoroughly drenched afterward!! I'm going to go once a week, I think!! The instructor has some Cathe in her, definitely pushes you to the max, but does it in a way that's not intimidating. Two thumbs way up!!

We are taking a break from decorating this afternoon, hoping to finish the living room today, and the tree on Thursday.
