And Heather, I did the lower body work from Push/Pull yesterday. I really like that workout--I always feel like I get a lot done in a minimum amount of time.

Hey Peeps!

I'm a little late checking in today & there are so many people here, I guess I'll have to skip the personals. It's so good to "see" everyone here & I hope you all have a wonderful Thursday. I also hope those who are feeling under the weather or "blue" feel better soon.

This morning, I did Cardio Fusion Mixed Cardio Premix, followed by 4DS Legs. I've also been cleaning & doing laundry too. I think I like working a job for pay better than being a house wife... it's easier! LOL. DH & I have been walking 2-3 miles every evening after supper for 2 weeks now too, along with eating healthier, & he's lost over 5 pounds. I'm so proud of him.

Well, off to the laundry & cleaning again...

Well I ended up doing CCPP again - when I did it over the weekend I was coming off being ill and didn't want to push too hard but today was a better day on the TM with it.

I need to run and get tummy relieving medicine now.

Hey all. I'm back and afraid I'm going to have to give up any hopes of a workout today. Work was awful. My supervisor (and good friend)'s father died early this morning. It was expected, but you all know that it is still tough. I feel like I lost a part of my family. Next, another co-worker (and friend) has an MRSA infection in her face. (That's the bad Staph) They took her to surgery today to try to debride the wound. (Scrape away the bad stuff) It's close to her eye and there are lots of scary things that could happen. I'm very worried about her. With both of them off, we are extremely short handed, so I had two work stations, plus a student to teach today. I ended up staying over to get everything done. Then I hit the grocery store and now I'm whipped. It's going to be subs for dinner, then early to bed for me.

There are too many here for any real personals, but I'm read all of ^^^ and send hugs, prayers, chicken soup and high fives to all and sundry. See you tomorrow, peeple.

Hi Peeps!

I missed the check-in yesterday. I just had a baby and it is always ify if I will be able to check-in each day. I really wanted to workout today, but DD didn't go to sleep until 345 am and I was just too tired!! It makes me sad when I can't get my workout in. Hopefully, tomorrow!!
I am almost always a "late night poster." This is actually a little early for me. I hope I won't miss out on all of the fun!

Heather...I love that picture that Liann posted earlier.

Robin...I am so sorry about your coworkers. {Hugs} to you, too. Please keep us updated about your coworker with a staph infection. How scary--especially around her eye. I hope you were able to get to bed early. Finley is so happy to be one of your peeps, too.

Jodi...I gave Finley an extra kiss for you!!

Catherine...I am keeping your family in my prayers.

Lara, so happy you kissed Finley for me! Hope she sleeps well tonight! I know how hard it can be to get things done when your baby is so little. Do the best you can...it does get better!
