Hi, I just "discovered" this combination, and I'm really loving it!
(and I kind of estimate on the amounts)
9 or so ice cubes
1-2 scoops Designer Whey vanilla protein powder
a serving of peanut butter (is it 1 or 2 T? I forget)
and maybe 1/2 C or so of milk...maybe a little more, I never measure. Add less and you can always add more.
Blend it up, and it tastes very very very much like a peanut butter milkshake! Yum!
