Past the bulky phase!

A few weeks back I had posted about feeling like my butt had gotten bigger (despite the new definition in my arms and legs) after a month of using Cathe. Well, I'm not sure if it turned out to be a mid-cycle hormonal thing for me or what, but I am happy to say that I am now seeing results in that area! It was driving me crazy because I knew how effective Cathe's workouts were and I did see changes--just not in that area. I am so pshyched now! I just wanted to post that and say that this new addiction sure is getting expensive!! Cathe is so awesome!! :)

I hate those hormonal things. That happened to me last week as well. And now my body's back to where it should be. Congratulations on your progress. Cathe's workouts are the best things I've ever put my money on. It's not an addiction, it's an investment.:)

I go threw phases like that too, just generally it's the other way around, I put on a pair of jeans and they are all baggy in the butt, which I hate. Then a week later I got a butt again, drives me nuts, as I do need a bit of padding to teach pilates, rocking back on the sit bones with very little isn't fun.

Wow! Thank you for sharing with us! As a new Cathe fan, this sure is encouraging!

Congrats too:+

Thanks for your replies ladies! I am amazed at how wonderful everyone is on this site. It is fantastic. I like what you said Pinky about it being an investment. It really is! I love these workouts so much that I find myself looking at the clock with anticipation for my son to go down for his nap! Thanks again!:)

That's great. Isn't it an awesome feeling to be getting such great results and having fun at the same time? I, too, look forward to my Cathe workouts. You will never be bored. Glad to have you here. BTW, have you seen "March of the Penguins"? Great documentary. I didn't know a thing about penguins til I saw it and was so totally amazed at the life they live. Keep up the good work!

Hi Debbie! So funny you mention March of the Penguins! I am absolutely DYING to see it!!! I have a 14 month old and no babysitter that I trust, so hopefully next week when my mom comes for a visit, we'll be able to go see it. I heard it was wonderful!! Aren't Emperors amazing?? Now if only the men of our society could learn from those male penguins. We'd lay an egg, pass it off to dad and go away and eat for a while. Now that sounds fair to me!! :)

Ha! I was amazed at the "dad's" part in the whole scenario! The whole year process was just unbelievable. It was so cute to watch the affection between them too. Hope your mom can take over for awhile for you to get away to see it. Let me know.

My Cathe workouts are a treat for me too and I look forward to doing them. It's really relaxing to let someone else lead sometimes. Since I'm the one always in front of the class, or making others work. A lot of times I just have to do a little bit of a workout here and their while I'm warmed up from class or the previous client and do my own routine. Which I also enjoy, but for me doing Cathe is kind of like a vacation, just not a physical vacation. But a good mental vacation, I don’t have to put together the routine, I don’t have to evaluate it and make sure and double check. All I got to do is pop in that DVD and see Cathe smile and start working hard. It’s nice to play follow the leader sometimes and not be the one leading.

I seem to be in the midst of the 'bulky phase'!

I'm in the 2nd week of the HC muscle building rotation and I feel like a blimp! Yuck!x(
