Paper Catalog request- not what I was looking for.. help!

Hi Educated Crowd,

I have been reading in various posts that Cathe distributes catalogs that contain breakdowns of her videos. I thought that this was the paper catalog, so I ordered one. Unfortunately, it only contained descriptions of all of the videos. (Not that I don't like looking at this fun stuff, too!) Can anyone tell me if such a thing exists and, if so, how I can get my hands on a copy.

Look in the DVD section. It has title, chapter, and what's in each section. This is probably what people are referring to.

Hi Jen,

There are also several places where people have posted DVD breakdowns. The new series is broken down here:

(Rotations forum on Video Fitness in case my link doesn't work), and someone here posted a whole bunch of them, all for Cathe's DVDs - maybe someone else can provide the link or do a search for Nadine.

I also have a "paper catalog" question. I've been ordering tapes from Cathe for several years now, and all I've gotten is a single sheet of paper. Is that the "paper catalog?" If is is, then I'll stop wondering!

I was able to find almost all of the video breakdowns and I just pasted them into a spreadsheet. That was simple enough! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find breakdowns for CTX Leaner Legs and Muscle Endurance for the videos. I'm sure that they will be showing up on the Video Fitness Forum threads soon enough.

I believe a new catalog is being mailed this month to everyone on Cathe's mailing list. I can't wait! The picture of her old catalog is on the website (somewhere). I think it is a few years old.

Yes, there is an actual small catalog. It's old (Fall 2001), but a new one is coming out soon, if not already mailed like someone else just mentioned.

I refer to my little Cathe catalog alot! It's goofy, but I like it! I am fairly new to her and I use it to decide what tape to do, or what tape to buy, it's easier than going online.

I'm anxious for the new one.
