<---tells Carole she was up early because once the sun comes up, her body wakes up and there is no sleeping 'til after midnight, whether or not her body is rested

<---wishes she could do a workout today but is in no shape whatsoever to do even a warm-up segment
<---thinks last night's hours of dancing and walking around downtown Fort Worth was more than enough and has the blisters to prove it
