Hi everybody-
How do you pair up your Cathe workouts if you want to do a Strength workout and an endurance workout in one week?
For example, currently I am doing PS (each tape 1x week) and Power Hour (1x) in a week. I always do plenty of cardio, so that is covered. Would it be better to pair up PS with something else like MIS, or Body Max? What do you all pair up w/ S & H if you want to get an endurance workout in during the week?
I have all of Cathe's tapes.. would love to hear how and if anybody out there pairs up their workouts.
