you probably already answered my newest question! i was coming here to ask how P90X would be with cycling... since it minimizes cardio to not burn muscle.. but i cycle 6 days a week...
i assume i'll get at least as good results, if not better for upper body than i do with cathe (and my upper body does great with cathe!)
i've even got my hubby interested in p90X... i may order it tomorrow!
