P90x3

Anyone tried these or have any opinion? I like the 30 minute idea but is it as good as Cathe?.... hmmmm....
 
I've tried a few of these. I don't think they are as good as Cathe's. The workouts are intermediate to low advanced IMO. I've been doing 2 workouts back to back. For example yesterday I did CVX and then did Pilates X. Also there's not enough weighted leg work :( And seems to work more on upper body. There's one workout called The Challenger that alternates push-ups and pull-ups for 30min. It has a good variety though. Weights, cardio, core, balance are all worked on. It has 4 stretching/balance workouts including a Yoga and Pilates workout. My favorite one so far is CVX. You hold a weight (I used a 5lb dumbbell) and do jumping or balance moves sometimes on one leg. I like P90X3 (not love) and will keep for the variety. I'm starting STS next week (2nd time) and the P90X3 cardio and stretching/balance workouts will add in well with my rotation. HTH

Wanted to add that there is a total body workout The Warrior that is body weight only. Haven't tried it yet but sounds like it would make a good travel workout.
