I love yoga but I agree that this one is a bit long - it would have been ideal if this DVD were chaptered and had some premixes. See how Cathe spoils us?

I'll probably wind up doing what you're doing - breaking it up and subbing at times.

I went to do this DVD for the first time yesterday (I just started the X last Monday). I had to stop about 30 minutes into it because of a migraine headache. (I woke up with it in the morning, but since it wasn't as severe as others I've had, I thought I could handle some yoga.) I didn't realize, however, that there were so many downward facing dogs in this one! The inverted position was just too much for me. I feel better today, so I'm going to give it another go. Anyway, lot of rambling to get to this point: I kept the DVD running for preview purposes and I can easily see getting DOMS from this! I'll let you know if I do.
