Happy Friday, ladies!
I was on the boards this AM but ran out of time to post here.
Wendy :: oh yeah, that’s what I meant – that we all bow down to B&G!

How was C&B/ARX?…BTW, I noticed you are inspiring tattoos everywhere! *lol*
Diana :: so, when do you actually get to EAT during the day? Hope you enjoy all your w/outs!…Congrats on the 3 lb. loss!!! Come be my coach. I cannot keep my eating reigned in for long periods of time! As in more than one hour. *lol*
Laura :: *lol* about your klutz in class…Now I consider myself uncoordinated, but even *I’m* not THAT bad!

…CABS & steak – what could be better? Enjoy!
Angie :: I was the opposite last night ~ I nodded off really early and wound up waking up at 3. DOH! Once again, a middle-of-the-night wakeup thanks to my bladder…Have a great time camping! Glad the repairs are going to be hassle-free…I have not actually seen the Video, but my students were buzzing about it this spring…You’d only *need* the Video if you want to view Cathe’s workouts, not just do the audio ones…I am basing this info on a thread that recently appeared in the Ask Cathe section…But yes, I would imagine the Video would be bigger to accommodate the screen, and in that case, it would not be ideal for running. IMO, the Nano is perfect for it…Ha, that nasty pharmacist (he was a floater, not a regular employee) did get corrected by the pharmacy manager, I was told.
I did BM2’s u/b section (just once – had never tried it before -liked it a lot) instead of the PUB premix and then followed that with kind of a lousy run. Just didn’t have the gas today, for some reason. And my back was throbbing. It’s weird – some runs, it hurts worse than others. But I had an adjustment this morning, so it’s feeling good again.

Afterward, it was off to the salon for a haircut and pedi. I always opt for the classic French pedi but decided to live on the edge today. *lol* They gave me a “tropical” French – a light pink on the toenail and hot pink on the tip. I said I liked it, but truthfully? Eh. I won’t divulge what I spend on my pedis…you would think I was employed as a doctor, not a teacher. (I do my own pedis in the winter to save money, though.) Still, I’m trying not to think about the amount of cash I just plunked down for crazy pink toenails. Oh well. Live and learn.
Found out, too, that my HS teacher friend who was going to go through this certification process with me has decided to drop out. Boooo!
All right, babes, off I go!
