I like S&A and Back and Biceps the most. The series is really impressive. I like the production quality, the fact that he lets you chose how many reps and the basement gym look.
I have to agree that the leg work isn't as heavy as upper body. But if it's used in the rotation the way it was meant ( with Plyo X ) then legs do get a bit tired. Although it won't build mass if you want bigger legs.
Cardio isn't as intense as Cathe but once again, it was meant as a rotation, complementing the other workouts. Going all out on cardio and all out on weights can be hard to sustain.
I found that for my body type the upperbody was good but I needed less. The lower body wasn't enough to build up my legs. So I subbed a Cathe leg workout and lightened up the upper body weights.
