P90X Rut Busters X Check-in Week of 1/31

Ima you're a wild woman! ME after Kenpo? Sheesh! I managed to do the treadmill for 20 minutes after Kenpo this morning.

I'm starting to see some results from this workout in my back. Anyone else seeing results? I'd love to see the beginnings of a six pack, but so far it's elusive. Eight pushups to failure today. I'll shoot for 10 - 12 during next week.

I'm starting to get my eating under control. Gotta get the chocolate out of the house!
