P90X Rut Busters check in - week of 3/7

HI EVeryone!! I know i've been awol and will be until monday.
We have had such a busy week, and to be truthful, for the first time in 7 yrs, i haven't worked out for 3 consecutive days.
I'm in it over my head with a room remodel job for my daughter, and i've been painting every evening for days. All her stuff is in our room, so i'm anxious to get it OUT!!

I'm starting back monday with a one part/day and cardio rotation and a cleaner eating plan. If i manage to workout at all over the weekend, that will be great, but i gotta get this stuff done first.

Glad to see some new rotation buddies here!! Welcome!
 
Hi Everybody!!! It's Friday and...

Legs & Back is done! I really enjoyed this one. I subbed pull ups with BB rows and they felt good. 4 sets over hand and 4 sets underhand. The Leg routine is different and that's totally welcome! That Drea Weber sure is fit. She makes me want to be able to do a pull up. Even just one! I skipped Yoga yesterday. :p

Kenpo X = done. This one is rather easy. Not much cardio here. Stretch X = done. So for this week I only missed Yoga X. But ate once at Mc D's and once at Arby's.:p Must be good this week then!
