Thanks for all the recommendations. I am not considering a purchase, I already own both series'. I was just trying to figure out what would work the best after a layoff. I think I am going to go P90X route with running and/or Cathe cardio. I don't care for P90X cardio.......except plyo, of course!
I may just have to join the check-in for the rut busters! Sounds right up my alley!!
