Good morning Ladies!
(Phase 2 - week 6 - day 3 - my version classic)
Well I am once again going to complain of tricep and chest pain .. but hey on the bright side it is not as bad as last week's pain!!
this week's routine is kinda outta sinc . . I started w/legs then yesterday tricep and shoulder .. today should be plyo or kenpo . . but there will be no lunch workout .. so I have tonight's class I will have to sub my class for one of them .. will do something similar ..
tomorrow is bicep and back!! I LOVE that workout .. so I am looking forward to tomorrow.
One of my friends saw me getting dressed for class last night .. and she told me not to loose any more weight ..
??? .. I have not even lost one pound .. ??? ... I know my hips have lost inches .. maybe some in my upper abs .. ?? .. or maybe it is that my upper body is bigger ??? strange ...
Eating was bad (semi-bad) .. DH had center pork chops smothered in cream of mushroom soup over rice and english peas .. cooked when I got home ..
.. yes I ate it .. and yes it was good .. }( .. my diet is forever scarred b/c of my dear sweet DH!!!:7
Ok .. will check back later .. getting my hair done at lunch by someone new

Wendy hope your baby boy is better .. Nancy think it is in the air w/the splurge on eating .. LOL .
