CLASSIC/PHASE 2/WEEK 5/DAY 3

Since cardio did not happen for me y'day I am going to try to make it up today by hopping on the TM for a short run after work this morning. I then have to come home and hit Back and Biceps. I have a feeling I'll be crying w/that one! LOL }(

I have DOMS from B&G!}( }( }(

Good morning!

I didn't check-in yesterday and I didn't exercise. I think it's only my second time since starting the X that I skipped out on it. It was rest/stretch day so I decided I needed a rest. Somehow I feel guilty...... Plus, I ate like a pig last night. I was coating bread sticks that my DH brought home with cream cheese (of all things!). I don't even want to talk about how much I ate for dinner. I went to bed stuffed.

So, I guess today is Classic/Phase 2/Week 2/Day 1. I don't even know what that is. I'll check when I get home. But I already know that tomorrow there will be no exercise and my plan was to make that my rest day. I guess I can't beat myself up.

Today I'll be better, today I'll be better.....

Good morning Ladies!
(Phase 2 - week 6 - day 3 - my version classic)

Well I am once again going to complain of tricep and chest pain .. but hey on the bright side it is not as bad as last week's pain!! :)

this week's routine is kinda outta sinc . . I started w/legs then yesterday tricep and shoulder .. today should be plyo or kenpo . . but there will be no lunch workout .. so I have tonight's class I will have to sub my class for one of them .. will do something similar ..

tomorrow is bicep and back!! I LOVE that workout .. so I am looking forward to tomorrow.

One of my friends saw me getting dressed for class last night .. and she told me not to loose any more weight .. :eek: ??? .. I have not even lost one pound .. ??? ... I know my hips have lost inches .. maybe some in my upper abs .. ?? .. or maybe it is that my upper body is bigger ??? strange ...

Eating was bad (semi-bad) .. DH had center pork chops smothered in cream of mushroom soup over rice and english peas .. cooked when I got home ..:eek: .. yes I ate it .. and yes it was good .. }( .. my diet is forever scarred b/c of my dear sweet DH!!!:7

Ok .. will check back later .. getting my hair done at lunch by someone new :eek: .. kinda scared!!

Wendy hope your baby boy is better .. Nancy think it is in the air w/the splurge on eating .. LOL .

today was my favorite *rolls eyes* yogaX

i really dislike wednesdays! lol! (and sundays/fridays???) during recovery week!)

i've been decent on the eating... yesterday i probably ate a bit too much... really just a bit... BUT it was all healthy.... so i'm not beating myself up over it too much! lol! however i do realize i'd have such awesome resluts if i just wouldn't cheat! funny thing is.... once upon a time i was extremely anal about my eating.... not ONE LITTLE MORSEL of badness would pass my lips! nor would one calorie more than i should have...... what's happened to me??? yikes!!!!!!)

Hey there girls.

Looks like Back and Biceps will have to wait until tonight. DS is asleep on the living room floor (long story) and even though I don't work out in that room, if I try to work out w/him sleeping in there I will likely disturb him which I DO NOT want to do right now! He was in a BEASTLY mood before he passed out there! :eek: :eek: :eek:

I got in a 30 min TM run after work. Since I don't have to worry about B&B until later I will probably curl up with my PT manual for a bit and then maybe take a nap on the couch. I'm still draggin' from this cold I have. :-(

I can't wait to do yoga tomorrow!!!! Did I just say that!?! LOL I was going to take a spin class as well but I am canning that. I just can't-too much right now. I'll take step on saturday instead.

Okay, I'm off for now...BBL!:)

Today is Legs and Back for me - and I might throw in Core Synergistics since I basically skipped a WHOLE week of the rest week when I was sick....I just decided to just into phase two since I felt rested ;)

So tonight is Phase TWO - Week ONE - Day Four....:)
 
Okay, so B&B is getting the big ol' heave-ho tonight. Not happenin'! Joey was a handful today and took every ounce of energy I had outta me once we left the gym. :-( I have a plan to keep myself on track for the week though so I'll still be able to get all of my work outs in regardless. YEAY! :)

My legs are still flamin' from B&G. It made today's run oh so much fun! LOL :p

I'm off to lay down...I feel like a truck ran over me and then backed up! ACK!:-(

OMG Wendy - Don't you ever slow down? You are a mad woman!!}( All that exercise while you and your son, (and DH too) are under the weather? You are crazy girl - just plain CRAZY! And yes, I'm very jealous. ;-) But still..............CRAZY:D

Did someone say bad with eating? Been there, done that! But, I'm thinking it's all the heavy weight work. The appetite is definitely more intese during weight week then over recovery week. I'm just trying to make sure my extra cals are in the proteins - is an almond joy in the protein catagory? Sorry, couldn't help that - big red is here - no will power over chocolate.

Did S&A today and Yoga tomorrow. Gosh - it seems like I just did that one! Oh well at least no ARX, which just about killed me today.
